Détendez-vous dans ce condo de deux chambres et deux salles de bain directement en face de la plage. Fraîchement peint en novembre 2018, ce condo a un balcon avec vue sur la piscine, parfait pour profiter de votre café du matin. NOUVEAU plancher élégant au 1/19 dans tout le condo avec une cuisine entièrement équipée avec lave-vaisselle, 43 "Smart TV dans le salon, lecteur DVD, 32" TV dans la chambre principale avec ROKU, lecteur CD portable avec Bluetooth, sèche-cheveux, fer et repassage planche, accès à la piscine communautaire, avec accès à la buanderie et à la jetée de pêche de l'autre côté de la rue. Nouveau en 2017: matelas queen dans la chambre principale, canapé-lit queen et deux fauteuils à bascule pivotants dans le salon. WIFI gratuit avec une vitesse améliorée en mars 2018. 980 pieds carrés. Linge de maison inclus. Ne pas fumer. Pas d'animaux de compagnie.

We checked in and went to the place they sent us. I new it was not what I rented. Glad the real guest didn't show while there there.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall great - nice little place. The only issue we had is the Wifi wasn't very good so hubby and I had issues getting work stuff done while we were there. We had to set up a wifi network on our cells to download emails and log into our work sites. Other than that - everything was wonderful. Great little complex, quiet, and a few minutes walk to the beach. Oh, the avoid the touristy restaurants right up the road - head into Mt.Pleasant and Charleston proper - food was much better and half the price.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of condo was perfect. Right at bridge connector to Mount Pleasant and on the beach however everything in condo is 1000 years old. Go to a garage sale and upgrade furniture. The master bedroom mattress is ok but the 2 twin mattresses are lame. Perfect parking for 1 car. The only thing in apt is a regulatr mr. coffee maker and filters. There are 0 supplies. No salt, pepper, tin foil, whatever...nothing. The apt was clean but I needed to put sheets over the couch and chairs to sit on them. Easy 2nd floor walk up. No problems. Balcony looks onto pool. Fun watching kids play.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really nice condo. Interior decoration, comfortable beds and furnishings. No complaints there. Big problems checking in. Called day before to say we would check in late. Told to pick up keys in box at office. Obviously, that didn't work as 211 had no key. I had to get two people on the phone to finally figure out the code for the door. Ladies were very helpful in getting us the code.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, clean upon arrival. This was our first trip to SC and was not educated/prepared for the weather. Pool is not heated so did not use the pool at all. The unit/decor is dated but still nice. I think each unit has their own hot water heater so we did run out of hot water often. There is not a washer/dryer in the unit but there is a laundromat across the road. If I were to return to the area, I would make sure it was during summer months so that we could enjoy the beach and pool.

We loved the close walk to the beach and close to everything on the island. Our place was clean and comfortable. We hope to be able to rent this again. We loved having a pool right out side our door.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay. Nice Condo, great location. The only problem we had was the hide-a-bed couch was broken. We called maintenance and they were quick to respond, but didn't fix it. They showed us how to maneuver it in and out instead of actually fixing it, which wasn't easy. Other than that, we had a great experience.

Location, Location, Location.....

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second year staying at Ocean Side. The condo was very clean with ample cooking supplies. The proximity to the beach is fantastic, a 3 minute walk and you are on the sands of IOP. My husband enjoyed moring and evening fishing off the private pier. I enjoyed getting my steps in walking it in the morning. My only comment is that the furniture in the living area is not the very comfortable. It might be time for something new. The couch is a pull out bed so the cross bar can be felt when sitting. Other than that we really enjoyed our vacation stay at Ocean Side and have recommended it to everyone I know. Hope to see you next year.

Clean and convenient condo

We stayed at the condo and had an awesome time. Close proximity to stores, restaurants and golfing cart rentals- we rented one for a week and just explored area around. The island realty was awesome. Our son liked to sleep on sofa couch and one morning we couldn’t get it to close, something was jammed. We called maintenance and within a few hours they brought us an inflatable mattress! It’s also close to the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed, the rental also provides beach chairs, umbrella- which was so useful! Thank you! We would come back.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our experience was ok. No maintenance issues but the unit had an awful smell upon arrival. Also, everything inside the unit felt damp. The couch, throw pillows, etc. No complaints about cleanliness; however, the unit is very old and was not inviting to just hang out in. We decided to spend all of our time at the beach in order to avoid being uncomfortable inside. Location is very convenient but also beside the county park which meant there were a lot of people on the beach and little space to spread out. Unfortunately, I would not recommend for the price.
