Ce charmant condo de 2 chambres est situé au premier étage avec un parking près de votre porte et une petite terrasse pour ranger les chaises longues ou profiter d'un moment de tranquillité pour vous. Facile dans et hors avec pas d'étapes, stationnement facile, promenade facile à la piscine, gril, blanchisserie tous sur place juste à quelques pas et à portée de vue de la porte. Dans ce condo, le salon dispose d'un mur de briques qui ajoute du caractère et vous rappelle que ce n'est pas une nouvelle propriété de construction de fantaisie. C'est un endroit pittoresque, calme et bien-aimé que beaucoup ont apprécié au fil des ans.
Un pâté de maisons de la plage, des boutiques et Ben & Jerry! Idéalement situé à proximité de l'Isle of Palms Connector, il est à une courte distance en voiture de Mt Pleasant et du centre commercial Towne Center et à 25 minutes en voiture du centre-ville de Charleston. Il y a beaucoup de merveilleux restaurants sur l'île, plusieurs qui sont à une courte distance à pied. Si vous préférez cuisiner, ce condo a une cuisine complète avec cuisinière / four, grand r��frigérateur, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, et un plein compliment de petits appareils, vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine. Cette maison est bien équipée pour toute la famille et les amis pourraient avoir besoin pour un excellent séjour à la plage. Les vacances à la plage ne sont pas beaucoup plus faciles ou pratiques que cela. Ça s'appelle Easy Breezy pour de bonnes raisons!

The condo was very clean. There were 4 in my family who stayed here ages 9, 16, 45,48. The master has a queen bed, 2nd bed full, and pull out couch. It would've been nice to have 2 bathrooms but the one was clean and nice. It is very close to the beach with an easy short walk and the property has a small pool.. We enjoyed being able to go back and forth. We also enjoyed the restaurants and ice cream shop within a short easy walk. The condo has a full kitchen and we cooked breakfast every morning and some dinners. It had everything we needed to cook.

We completely understand how having two bathrooms can make things easier with a group, and that’s one of the reasons we manage a mix of 15 condos in the community ranging from studios to 1-bed, 2-bed/1-bath, 2-bed/1.5-bath, and 2-bed/2-bath layouts. That way, we can help guests find the space that best fits their needs (because with family trips, someone always has to “go”!). Very much a home away from home

First of all, the condo was immaculately clean, no dust bunnies or musty smell to the place. The owner, Beth, came and checked up on us the first day and made sure we had everything we needed and the place was very pet friendly for our dog, Trixie. Also, the other tenants that stayed there were friendly, respectful of our privacy, and were understanding we were there on vacation. This condo was decorated in the beach theme, but with the neutral tones and conservative colors, it was very much a home away from home and we are planning to return next spring.

Don't want to leave

My husband and I are visiting from Fl and found this little place to be spacious, very clean, and it has everything we need for a relaxing stay for a week. We come to Charleston often and this is our first stay on Isle of Palms. We haven't needed to get in the car for much. Everything is within walking distance. Great food nearby, about a 5 minute walk to the beach, nice pool and management is very accommodating. Thank you Beth for the extra towels and making sure our stay is perfect. We would definitely recommend this for a couple, a family with children or two couples. We've had plenty of room for our visiting adult children and our two grandchildren who live nearby.

Would stay there again: nice access to beach and city of Charleston

We all enjoyed our stay at this rental and would consider doing so again. It had great access to the beach, just a block away and easy walk. The parking was plentiful and driving into Charleston was nice. The unit was clean and the kitchen was fairly well stocked with cooking tools, though I'm glad that I brought our familiar knife and cutting board, along with a preferred pots and skillets. The coffee machine that was there can brew or use k-cups; I used it once, but mostly used my cold-brew kit from home. There were lots of ice trays in the freezer, and the fridge worked well. There's a nice hose and sprayer by the pool to wash off sand. The pool is small, but looked nice; I don't think any of us used it. Check-in and communication with the property manager was nice and easy. The morning after we arrived, a kitchen bulb had blown, so I texted the manager. She got back with me soon after and had it fixed while we were away, providing plenty of updates. We also loved the electronic locks, so we didn't have to worry about a key at the beach. There's only one bathroom, which worked fine for our family of five. However, people have to walk through the galley-style kitchen in order to reach the bathroom and master bedroom. It gets a little hectic when meals are being prepared and kids are walking to and from the bathroom. There's a tv in living room, as well as the back bedroom, though they only have basic cable and no streaming. I wish that I had brought my Shield w/ Google TV, as we could have utilized our streaming subscriptions. I highly recommend bringing a streaming stick, such as chromecast or Roku. Not only did we get our fill of commercials while watching tv, but I wish that I could have shown my family YouTube videos orienting us to historical parts of Charleston. We saw some nice sunrises. At this time sunrise was around 7:20am and leaving the condo at 7am provided plenty of time to see it peak over the horizon; just be sure to walk to the left of the pier for a clear view. Also, boogie boards don't seem to work well on this stretch of beach that we were on; perhaps it was due to lower tide, but there was a sand dune that interupted the flow. It was still fun in the water.
