Palm Court 5. Maison joliment décorée avec un grand espace ext��rieur

Profitez de vos vacances dans ce charmant et confortable chalet de trois chambres, à seulement 1/2 pâté de maisons de la plage et dans un cul de sac tranquille. Vous êtes également �� quelques pas du centre de loisirs Isle of Palms, qui propose des courts de tennis et de basketball, des terrains de football et de baseball, une grande aire de jeux et m��me une petite salle de sport communautaire. Cette maison entièrement rénovée et décorée de designer dispose de tous les nouveaux meubles, la décoration et l'équipement à partir de 2014. La maison est équipée de planchers de bois dans le salon, salle à manger, et toutes les chambres et les carreaux dans les salles de bains. Le patio arrière est une oasis sous une belle verrière de chêne offrant un endroit frais et calme pour profiter de l'extérieur, un barbecue, un moment en famille ou une soirée en profitant de la sérénité de l'île. Cette maison est entièrement scellée et dispose d'un déshumidificateur qui améliore la qualité de l'air et le confort dans la maison, surtout pendant l'été! L'espace sur l'île est limité, mais Palm Ct. 5 propose une allée spacieuse avec un parking confortable pour de nombreux v��hicules. Après une journée de sable et de soleil, profitez de la douche de plage fermée qui offre de l'eau chaude et froide. Linge de maison inclus. Pas d'animaux de compagnie. Interdiction de fumer. A peaceful place to stay while in the Charleston area. Walking distance to the beach and close to downtown Charleston. Well equipped with all the things you would need for a great stay.

Great getaway

We come to the Charleston area quite often but have never stayed on IOP. We loved our quiet little bungalow when we decided to relax from the activities and heat. The close proximity to the ocean was fantastic too! It was perfect for my family and in-laws.

This house was very cozy for the 6 in our family ages 13 up. It was a close walk to the beach, a quiet neighborhood, and a nice home to stay in. We had all that we needed. We would stay here again.

Very cute place close to beach and restaurants

We had a great time staying here. The backyard area was fantastic and we spent time there enjoying a glass of wine at the end of a day sightseeing. Downtown Charleston was also a fairly short and easy drive. The house was really cute and clean. The only thing I didn’t like was that you needed a key to open the back door from the inside.

Thank you so much for your comments. We are so glad to hear you enjoyed your stay. The reason for the keyed deadbolt from the inside of the back door is because the door is half glass, and could be broken with a regular deadbolt it could be easily opened. With the keyed deadbolt this gives you as the guest added security.

Great location

The walk to the beach really was super easy, which is what was most important to us. Loves the shady yard. Outdoor shower was super convenient. The house was perfect for our group of 6. I would have preferred just having a lock box to use instead of having to stop by the realty office for check-in/out, but that was a very minor inconvenience. Great place on a great beach with great waves!

Quick Beach Trip

Cute little beach house! a very short walk to the beach which was very convenient!! If there were six people in the house it would be a little tight getting around the kitchen table. And bring beach chairs as this only had one good beach chair luckily I brought my own! Fire Pit in the backyard is nice! Bed was comfortable!! I would definitely recommend...loved location!!

Great location, good value!

This unit was very spacious and the location was nice. The beds were so hard, I had to buy a matress topper so I didnt spend all day stretching out my back. The professional ping pong table almost made up for the beds. The family tournaments were a blast.

We enjoyed sitting in the back yard and it was a nice surprise to find chairs, a wagon and a cooler in the garage. The only thing missing was an umbrella. The location was awesome, because it was only a short walk to the beach. We had fun exploring the area and would love to go back again some day.

Great small family rental

This house was perfect for my wife, 2.5 yr old, and me. It was quiet, had a great location, easy beach access, and quality air conditioning. We’d be happy to stay there again in the future. The entire house had a home-y, welcoming feel. It’s not the Ritz, but was very comfortable. The only thing wrong was some dirty dishes, but the dishwasher (appliance, not my wife) took care of that and there were some one off ants here and there. 4.85 out of 5 in my book.

The house worked out perfect for us, it may not be as big as most of the ones around it, but the location and the accommodations worked out just perfect for us! Well equipped kitchen, fun room with Ping Pong table, nice large table to sit around to play games. We also appreciated the wagon that was available to haul the toys to the beach. We loved our time that we spent here.

Nice layout - master suite on one side of the house and 2 bedrooms and separate bathroom for the kids on the other side of the house. All bedrooms were nice size and beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked and living/dining room area was comfortable to relax in after fun days at the beach. Bungalow is located on a quiet street very close to a beach access point - less than 5 minute walk and we were on the beach. Plenty of beach gear in the garage. Backyard patio was a wonderful spot to enjoy morning coffee and pre dinner cocktails.
