La balançoire sur le porche grillagé est l'endroit idéal pour profiter des pélicans, des dauphins et des magnifiques couchers de soleil de l'Alabama. Après une semaine dans ce havre de paix, vous voudrez revenir année après année. Cet endroit paisible offre des eaux calmes pour le grand ski nautique tout en restant à la hauteur de son nom de «Breezy Point», offrant des vents légers pour votre navigation de l'après-midi dans la baie de Perdido.

Isolé, mais à quelques minutes du centre commercial Tanger Outlet et de tous les sites et restaurants de Gulf Shores et de Perdido Key, c'est l'endroit idéal pour se retirer. Des vagues douces survolent cette plage de sable sans aucun danger pour mettre vos enfants en danger; pourtant l'eau profonde est à proximité pour les plongeurs et les nageurs plus avancés, et pour vos besoins de navigation de plaisance. Le lot comprend une rampe de mise à l'eau.

Notre maison vintage est chaleureuse et confortable avec des chambres spacieuses et une décoration accueillante. Récemment mis à jour, il offre tout le confort dont vous aurez besoin pour passer des vacances reposantes ... appareils électroménagers mis à jour, comptoirs en carrelage, planchers de bois franc, grand garde-manger et buanderie. Nous aimons vos bébés en fourrure et ils sont les bienvenus moyennant un supplément ... (2 chiens max, et pas de chats, s'il vous plaît) Nous leur demandons de dormir dans leur propre lit à l'étage. La zone extérieure clôturée fonctionne bien pour les petits chiens ...
Vous pouvez pêcher et crabe juste à côté de votre quai privé .... votre propre "On Golden Pond" .... n'attend que vous!

Wonderful stay!

This is a great place for families. From relaxing on the back porch, to fishing off the dock, to gathering around the table for meals and games, we really enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to returning next year.

Stay at Elberta

It was the most relaxing time ever. Beautiful location. Enjoyed watching the dolphins both in the morning and later in the day. The owners were wonderful!

Peaceful with boat dock

Very peaceful property. House is old with lots of antiques which my 82yo parents loved. Nice to sit in chairs by the water or in back screen porch and watch boats, birds & sunsets. Even saw dolphins. Rented this place because of the boat dock, brought my 19’ boat and kept at dock. Went to numerous bars & restaurants on the water and island beaches.

Perfect vacation spot

This place was fantastic. Not touristy, but close to tourist spots. We kayaked every morning and evening but still enjoyed shopping, orange beach and local food. I can see us making this our "vacation spot"

Peaceful and Private

Even though our stay was work related, our crew of 4 still had time to enjoy the ocean with some fishing and swimming. This cottage is located down a private lane with ample parking, a large yard and its own dock. Our host was fast and friendly to respond to our questions and was very accommodating. We will definitely book again!

Paradise on the Bay

Wow! From Dolphins playing in the mornings to some of the most beautiful sunsets. This home was all I hoped it would be. The only problem was our two weeks went by in a flash. Next time I'll book it for a month.

Annual Family Vacation

We have been coming down to OBA for over 14 years. We love it there. We bring our boat and get out in the bay. This was one of our best times. We love the location of the house and area. Such a peaceful area. Owners are so good to deal with. The location is so great and perfect for our boat! Could not ask for a better stay. Look forward to coming back next year.

Perfect for family Christmas trip

We had a wonderful stay. It is a perfect location for tons of kayaking. The water at the beach/dock was perfect for launching the kayaks. We spent many days on the water. The sunrises and sunsets from the dock were spectacular. The dining room table was perfect for family games and meals. Would strongly recommend a stay at this Perdido Beach home.

Perfect Bungalow

My friends and I loved our stay here! It was just right for the accommodations we needed for the weekend and we enjoyed discovering all the antiques and collectibles. The view was beautiful and the area is very peaceful. Julie left clear instructions for us to follow.

Fabulous Vacation Rental

This cottage was wonderful! The layout of the bedrooms being separated worked really well for our stay allowing those that wanted to sleep in...or stay up later to do so without bothering others. The screened in porch was enjoyed daily and we did see some dolphins! I would definitely recommend this place to others and hopefully will be able to return again!

Everything was great.

Cozy getaway

We had a few hiccups along the way but the owner was quick to respond and did her best to get what we needed. The morning and evening views are wonderful and it was a quite retreat away from the city. Beds are comfortable and the house has great AC!

Quaint Quiet and convenient

Thank you for sharing your home. Quaint and Quiet. It was so close to our family reunion The back yard was unbelievably beautiful. Anyone that is looking to relax they have an awesome screened in back porch overlooking the water. Plenty of room if you have a large family

Perfect vacation home!

I wasn’t really sure what to expect as far as the creek. It was much better than I imagined. My husband and boys caught a mess of catfish. The sunsets are beautiful. Loved seeing the dolphins as well. We are already checking to see when we can come back for a longer stay. They also provided 2 kayaks and a row boat. We had a complete blast.

Paradise on Perdido Bay

This is the Best by far house and location and neighbors at Perdido Bay!!!! We didn't cook anything but it is set up to grill out and a fully stocked kitchen. It is a killer location 30 mins to Orange beach and 35 to Pensacola beach. I caught about 8 pounds of fillets of mango snapper and sea trout right off the dock. Most definitely will be back!!! Want to give Forest a shout out and thank him for answering my Questions. Want to Thank House owner to for checking on us to and for letting us have a 2024 vacation at 1 of her Houses!!

I am a retired Delta flight attendant, a mother of three and a grandmother of three, I love to travel, but of all the places I have visited, the place I love the most is this quiet spot in Perdido Beach Alabama. I love remembering all the wonderful times that I have spent here with family and friends ...boating and sailing with my dad, the nightly singing on the front porch and the feasts around my great grandmother's big mahogany table, late night discussions of life's important questions on the dock, counting falling stars, skinny dipping and sunbathing with sisters and friends, building 'turtle houses' on the beach as a kid and sandcastles with my own children, repeatedly counting cousins in the water, watching lightning storms across the bay, afternoon naps on my mother's porch swing, 'junking' at nearby shops with my sisters, walking to the old post office to retrieve the mail from box 19, and penny candy from the general store,
boat parades on July 4.....69 years of kicking up the same sand down the same driveway, enjoying stunning Alabama sunsets and beautiful azaleas and hydrangeas planted by my grandmother, chasing visiting dolphins in the boat, enjoying a book on the deck. Countless memorable hours at Perdido Beach with my children, my family, and my friends have made my life exceedingly rich.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

My father vacationed with his parents in the area when he was a boy. His parents bought land and build a home adjacent to this land before I was born. I was raised spending my summers here. My sisters and I inherited this vacation home from loving parents who always made our summers here amazing.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The location is ideal because although it is secluded, it is also convenient to shopping, restaurants, movies, and really anything that might be needed. Both Pensacola and Mobile are within reach.
The Gulf of America is just 25 minutes by car and 10 minutes by boat. The brackish water offers the benefits of a lake, warm but not too hot...salty, but not too salty. The sandy bottom is comfortable; water shoes are not even necessary. You are near civilization but it is quiet and peaceful. There's some boating activity, especially on weekends, but not too much...Just the right blend for a perfect retreat...
