Nestled on a quiet peninsula overlooking beautiful Perdido Bay and the Intracoastal Waterway in the Josephine community. This 3 bed, 2.5 bath offers the perfect place for any vacation getaway! The best of both worlds is at your pleasure of a tranquil waterfront setting as well as the convenience of walking out to the beach from your back yard. We provide 3 kayaks for you to enjoy the up close and personal experience with the Dolphins!! Also provided is a gas grill and a firepit for use on your stay!!!

BOATS WELCOME! There is a post to tie your boat to and walk in about 50' from shore!!!! Close to Barber Marina, if you choose to store your boat there.

Perdido Bay is a brackish water with a sandy bottom, that's perfect for swimming, skiing and tubing. If you wish, bring your cast net and fishing rods for that perfect fish dinner. Great place for relaxing, walking, bicycling or just fishing from the beach!

Enjoy sitting on the swing watching the sunrise on the bay, or just lounge in the back yard while grilling your fresh catch of the day! The kitchen is well stocked for all of your cooking needs. The counter height bar seats 4 in addition to the dining table for 6. As an added bonus, there's also an outdoor half bath and outdoor shower for rinsing after a day of swimming or just cooling off! Stream your favorite channels with the Roku televisions in every room.

If crowds are what you need, the Gulf of Mexico, with its' sugar white sandy beaches, is just a short drive away. The faster pace of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach is close, but not too close, and offers great restaurants, sightseeing, attractions and shopping. Pontoon and speed boats are available for rent and fishing boats can be chartered for offshore and in shore trips at many of the marinas. Parasailing, Dolphin tours and sailing are also available. If shopping is your thing, the Tanger Outlet is just a short 20-minute drive away into Foley.
Soldiers Creek Golf Club and Glenlakes Golf Club are a short drive away.
