🔒 Safety and Security

For your safety, we have security cameras at the front door and facing the driveway. Rest assured, there are no cameras inside the home, ensuring your privacy. Additionally, we use noise monitors on the exterior of the property to measure decibel levels—this helps ensure a quiet, peaceful environment and prevents parties. Please note, these monitors do not record sound, only measure noise levels.



🏙️ Respect for Local Ordinances

We ask that all guests respect Scottsdale’s city ordinances during their stay, ensuring a harmonious experience for everyone in the neighborhood.



🌿 Property Maintenance

The property is serviced 1-2 times per week by landscaping and pool maintenance teams. While we can’t guarantee the exact day or time of their arrival, they work diligently to keep the property looking pristine for you.



🐾 Pet Policy

- You’re welcome to bring up to 2 dogs ($150 each). Sorry, no cats.

- Please check with us first to get your pets approved.

- Send us a photo of your pet.

- To keep things tidy, pets shouldn’t be on the furniture.



🚗 Parking

You’re welcome to park up to 4 cars at the property, providing plenty of space for your group or family.



🔥 Outdoor Relaxation

Please note, the gas firepit is currently not operable; however, the wood-burning fireplace is available for those cozy evenings under the stars.



🏊‍♂️ Pool Heating

If you’d like to enjoy a heated pool, we offer pool heating at $200 per day, with the pool set to 80 degrees for your comfort. PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH ANY POOL EQUIPMENTS OR REMOVE POOL VACUUM. A $500 minimum fee for damage.

⏰ Late Checkout Fee

To ensure a smooth transition for our next guests, there is a $150 late checkout fee if you are at the property more than 30 minutes after the agreed checkout time.



**Please be aware that the pool connection is plugged into the outlet in one of the bedrooms. For the pool heating system to function properly, kindly avoid unplugging anything from this outlet during your stay.**
