Great condo, great experience!

Condo was exactly as described, very clean and spacious. Location was nice, pool was nice, all amenities were really great. The master shower needed minor maintenance to turn shower on/off, but that was the only hiccup. Highly recommend!

Good to get out of the cold

clean area and easy to get around. place was clean and near tpc and main roads.we did not spend much time at the place so it worked out well for what we needed.

Great location great rental right by the golf course

We had a great time staying at this condo it is right off the departure end of the airport you get to watch jet takeoff all day long Only issue was neighbor below us complain frequently about our noise we have a 2 1/2 year-old.

Scottsdale fun!

This is a great place to explore Scottsdale from. Close to desert hiking, desert golf, Taliesen West, and within driving distance to Sedona and the Grand Canyon. Property managers were super responsive to any issues. We had a great vacation.

Family spring break trip

We met my parents and sister here for a fun week during my son’s spring break from junior high. We had a great time. We had plenty of room and enjoyed our stay very much. I didn’t know we needed to go up stairs to access the condo so make sure everyone in your group is fine with that. Great location with easy access to lots of good restaurants, shopping, parks, etc.

Great stay!

Rented this place with a group of friends and it was exactly as described. The host was very communicative about the checkin and checkout process and answered any questions that came up as I had them. The kitchen was great for cooking in and the balcony was lovely for outdoor hanging out. Thank you!!! I will return next time I’m in the area.

Would stay again

I would stay at this property again. It worked great for our family. You definitely need transportation as it is not a very walkable location. That being said the grounds were lovely and well-kept . It had a very nice pool area. The property manager was very responsive when we needed assistance.. The only downside is that it has a steep stairway entrance that my elderly father could not join us.

the gates were a bit tempermental would have preferred if the reservation explicitly mentioned that there are over 30 buildings as we focused on the number for the townhouse and struggled for a while it would be nice if somebody answered the phone in off hours the condo was fine, well stocked, clean and worked out well for our golf outing.

Nice Location - Roomy Condo

We had a nice stay, the condo had good room for the 5 of us. Although there were some areas that the cleaning crew could have covered better prior to us checking in, they did to their best to get us into the unit as early as we could. We had an early arrival that morning. The location is very good, right off HWY 101 and Bell Rd, which was great access to several locations we hit. The unit is also very close to a small regional airport, so there were a lot of corporate jets that fly in during later and early hours.

Overall very nice. See below for a few of the usual maintenance issues that have been communicated.

Master Bath shower drains very slowly, leaving you standing in ankle deep water through your shower. The main TV installation is very poor foe group viewing. A full motion wall mount would be an easy and inexpensive solution.

Pools and hot tubs were mystery closed the day we arrived through our entire stay. I reached out to manager, and no explanation was given. Very disappointed.
