Location was awesome, parking great. The room was worn-looking, the furniture was not good, and the noise from the street in some rooms was really bad.
Accommodating apartment, great location; the pool is not located in the same complex, but nearby.
Accommodating apartment, great location, and the kitchen is stocked with utensils, cookware, and spices. The pool is not located in the same complex, but very close by, and the apartment is on the third floor- I did not see an elevator, but I could have missed it.
Amazing location. Stayed the weekend for a bachelor party. A few issues with the gate code which were resolved via quick response from management. Thanks again!
Way too expensive for what you get. The building/complex itself was fairly run-down. It felt kind of like Alcatraz. There is nothing cozy or really comfortable about the unit aside from the king tempurpedic mattress in the master bedroom. The showers were kind of grody. The shower in the shared bathroom has pressure and temperature control issues. And donât get me started about the common space. Ok, about the common space: the lighting situation is absolutely atrocious. Harsh ultra/bright blue/white bulbs make everything look like a Walmart supercenter on a bad day. There was also virtually no light in the master bedroom...unless you turn on the attached bathroom lights (also ultra harsh) and leave the door open. There were only three of us staying here, and we struggled with finding a good space for all of us to hang out. There is a very awkwardly positioned couch that faces 90degrees away from the TV. Itâs impossible for more than two people to sit comfortably in the common room.
Ok it wasnât all bad: the location could not have been more perfect for folks attending events at the convention center. The one parking spot was nice to have as well. There is also a ton of bed space, but even with just three of us, it felt at capacity due to the lack of common space.
Overall, Iâd never stay here again, even if it were half the price.
Ps. Iâm not a princess, I swear
tired: kitchen cabinet doors hanging off hinges, black wood floor scuffed up, loft area TV wires hanging from ceiling
poorly managed: bathroom towels had brown stains on them so we could not tell if clean or....otherwise, sleeps 8 plus but only 1 parking spot; dirty shower curtain
loud: people noise from 4th street was a bit like sleeping on Bourbon Street in NOLA
have pictures of the 1st two items; would not stay there again....I look forward to getting my damage deposit back
Great location right in the heart of where you want to be in Downtown Austin!
This is a very nice property with easily accessible parking and plenty of space to settle into. You couldn't ask for a better spot to be in if you're going to be getting out an enjoying downtown Austin . This place is right next to the convention center and only 2 blocks from 6th street. There are plenty of dining options within walking distance. The property owner is very responsive to questions via phone or email.
This was easily one of the best and most convenient rentals I have ever been apart of. Stayed here with 8 other late 20s men for our buddy's bachelor party. Cant give enough praise to the rental Manager, Thomas Roalson, for his help. He was always very prompt with his responses, no matter if it was email or phone. Helped me with all of the logistics, (getting groceries and alcohol delivered; helping all the guys get to place easily), and recommended some great places to eat (La Barbecue is amazing). The place it self has everything you need, including plenty of beds and comfortable pillows (which you never get). Per location, its pretty much 15 minutes or less to walk to where you need to go. Uber/Lyft are readily accesible if need be. Would definitely stay here again, over and over!
This was an amazing stay. The location could not be more perfect, just blocks away from night life & all the other necessities you may need in downtown Austin. The condo itself was in pristine condition, with plenty of space, comfortable beds, and very stylish. Ryan was extremely helpful. I recommend this place with zero hesitation.
I have been in Austin since 1994, and managing short-term rentals since 2013. I have always wanted to own/operate a hotel. That has been a passion of mine since I was a child. For that reason, I enjoy having guests staying in my rental properties, and I want to provide so much more than just a place to stay. My goal is to create a memorable experience for everybody who stays. I want visitors to enjoy Austin, and remember this home away from home for future visits. With my connections in the travel industry and tenure in the city, I strive to provide a level of service you will not find with other rental managers.
Please feel free to ask as many questions as you like. I enjoy talking about Austin and the property, so I welcome you to communicate with me. I am here to help, and your good time is my priority.
If you want a prime location in the heart of downtown, the Director's Suite is hard to beat. With space for groups, access to the convention center, restaurants, and nightlife just outside the door, this is the place to be. Town Lake is a short walk away, and public transportation is a breeze with so many options including Capital Metro, Uber, Lyft, pedicabs, and taxi cabs. There is also free parking on-site for one car is a gated and secured lot.
