Bienvenue à Captains Quarters de maisons de vacances front de mer. Nous sommes situés juste au sud de Houston sur la baie de Galveston dans la communauté côtière de San Leon. Nous sommes également à côté de top restaurant-grill de l'eau et de la marina avec rampe de bateau et d'amarrage. La maison est entièrement meublée. Tous les draps, couvertures, serviettes, etc. Tout cela est bien approvisionné laveuse / sécheuse dans la maison. Le patio mène à toit bain à remous et vue à 360 degrés sur la baie et l'horizon.

This is a great property at the end of the block, so it was right next to the water and fishing pier. The Host was really attentive and responded very quickly. Had a minor issue that was quickly resolved, and we appreciated the promptness. Everything listed was accurate and the scenery views were absolutely amazing! Would definitely use this location again!

Typical beach house stay

What you would expect from a beach house. Only issue we had was there was an rv with a vehicle present on property behind house that seemed to have somebody in it but not sure, but was not made aware atleast it was not made abundantly clear somebody was there and as a parent thats a concern. We have no issue if someone was there if we were made aware of, but not knowing is a bit of an un easy feeling. But property and house is amazing. Beautiful location, nice quiet neighborhood.

Beautiful waterfront home!

Very pleasant stay! Beautiful home with everything needed to make you feel at home. Very relaxing to sit in the hot tub and enjoy the view of Galveston Bay from the 3rd story deck. Convenient walking distance to one of the best seafood restaurants in the area! Liz and Randy were very helpful and accommodating, we will be staying here again!!

perfect quite getaway

Liz and Randy are the perfect hosts. They had their getaway home well stocked ready for us to enjoy. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Hammock to relax on, games to play both insider and out, puzzles to enjoy indoors as well as television worth plenty of changes to view of that's your thing. The private pier is great for fishing and amazing to view the sunset. Definitely recommend for a nice relaxing stay.

Great as always

Wonderful place. We felt very at home. Liz and Randy are lovely people.

Fabulous view, fabulous owners

We arrived very late to the house our first night and Liz had left the lights on and made sure everything was ready. When the sun came up it was obvious we had made a great decision on renting this house for the weekend. Beautiful view out of any window you looked out of. House was extremely clean and plenty of parking for all your boats with a ramp right around the corner. Nice and quiet at the end of the street. The owners were very helpful and even helped us do some fishing off the dock.

WOW...... You talk about southern hospitality!!

We are not sure where to begin, you talk about southern hospitality. Randy and Liz are truly wonderful people. The house is awesome, beautifully decorated. The sunrises are very so pretty. The TopWater Grill across the parking lot, has really good food and the people that work there are super nice. We could go on and on about how wonderful this house is and how awesome the owners are. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone that just wants to be laid-back and relaxed. Bonus to our 10 day vacation, was we got to watch them build a dock/pier, right in front of us! Thanks again, Randy and Liz for making our vacation so special!

Amazing House, People, and Weekend

I recently stayed at this Property, the house was AMAZING!!! I was thoroughly impressed with the interior of the house, it was everything I expected and more. The house was extremely well stocked. I had forgotten to bring several things, but the house had everything I could of ever needed already in it. The Broussards were fantastic hosts. I talked with them several times leading up to the trip and during they were always polite helpful and very fast to respond. I can't imagine a better place to spend a weekend or better people to rent the house from.

The house and accommodations were just as advertised. Randy and Liz provided a top notch getaway.

The view from the hot tub overlooking the bay is spectacular. The house has everything you need. If you are looking for a relaxing getway, this place is it. Highly recommended.

WONDERFUL, RELAXING & BEAUTIFUL HOME!!

The house was very relaxing & beautiful, very well stocked of everything you expect in a home. It was so nice & relaxing waking up to the sound of the ocean & having great views of the water. Great fishing as well(awesome). Also we enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. Overall we enjoyed very much our weekend vacation, this has been the best vacation rental we've had. We would definetely recommend this home to other vacationer Liz & Randy were very polite and helpful. Thank you so much, Liz & Randy

Wedding

My husband and I got married this past weekend at the Captainsquarters in front of a few friends and family. The property is gorgeous and right on the water with absolutely breathtaking views of the sunrise. The house is fully furnished and is very family friendly. Liz and Randy were very hospitable. We will definitely book a stay at the property again.

Beautiful home and well stocked and not too far from anything! Totally enjoyed our stay!

The house is beautiful and well stocked with plenty of towels, linens, dishes, all size pots pans, etc. Liz had the basics like sugar, salt, butter (the little things you have at home and forget to account for in your meal planning). While looking for a place to hold our youngest 16th birthday celebration, we had to look quite a while for a rental that did not limit the number of guests. We all enjoyed the Jacuzzi on the third deck and the view to the water was awesome from every floor. Several of our guest were really impressed with the home as well and asked about it so I am sure there will be more vacationers using this property in the future. Thank you Liz and Randy!

The house is very nice and clean and plenty of room for the seven of us. Liz and Randy are very polite and helpful. Will pass along there info for anyone that would like to rent a place down there and will most definitely book it for our next year outing.

Hello, Liz and I,( Randy) are lifelong Houstonians. We have lived in the clear lake area for 40 years and have spent most of my free time on the water, even living on a boat for ten years before building The Captains quarters .From day 1 everyone told us to make it a vacation rental because it had everything. And we are proud of our place and love sharing it and meeting good people so we tried it this summer and it was largely successful so we are expanding our reach to the public by joining Home Away.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Our home is located on Galveston bay just south of the famous Kemah Boardwalk. We are also next door to Topwater Grill seafood restaurant and full service marina. Topwater is well known for its superb seafood and outdoor seating dockside. The fishing is good right from the bank or wade fishing at the house. Our house is at the end of a road ending in the bay so it is quiet with no traffic. The house is the tallest structure around and has a rooftop patio with a view in all directions. Galveston to the south and water views over the bay that have to be experienced. The roof also has a hot tub open to the night sky for spectacular starry nights.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

With three levels of patios wrapping around the house the views of both sunrises and sunsets are prime time to be outside. The quiet of the mornings, the evening breeze coming off the water, the privacy of the roof top , and the nightlights of the city all make this home very unique as a place to unwind and reflect. Fishing at sunrise is a matter of walking outside and just doing it.
