Amazing weekend stay

My family and I had a great time staying here. The home was beautiful!!! Everything was clean and had a ton of space. Will definitely be back.

Another good stay

This was our 2nd stay with John. We are perfectly satisfied at this home. It is easy to find, in a good neighborhood and very roomy. We enjoy fishing from the pier, though a sturdy handrail would be most welcome when we come and go from the fishing deck. It’s a great house and John is a good host. This place is a keeper. Thanks, John. Hope to see you again soon.

Family fish trip

Really enjoyed this place. 4th of July celebrations in the neighborhood and all around were great. Hurricane cut out one day of our stay. Did not want to take the chance with an approaching hurricane. I plan on coming back in the future.

Can't beat this deal

For a quick getaway on the Gulf, we decided to book on the water, in the bay. Dickinson bay is beautiful. From beginning to end, our host was timely and professional, answering every question and helping more than he had to. The property is very well maintained especially considering the area is right on the water. The home itself is cozy, a bit of a man cave vibe, but perfect for a family, or an individual on an adventure. The lit fishing peir was a hit with the whole family, and we caught lots of fish. We found the guide booklet our host keeps in the kitchen super helpful. Close proximity to stores and restaurants. My favorite part was the cool ocean breeze, nearly putting me to sleep on the upper back patio.

My son birthday fishing trip

We all loved our stay. The kids enjoyed the fishing pier and the game room. My mother is in a wheelchair so the extra bed downstairs was perfect for her with a half restroom. Mr. John was very helpful any questions we had he answered right away. Me and family will definitely stay again

Nicest Place to Stay.

We had a wonderful stay for two weeks. Our host John Dues really took care of us and made sure everything was in order for us. He even came later in the week to set up another bed for us as my son and his friend came to stay for a couple of days. The beds were very comfortable. We loved the large deck and had coffee and our lunch out at the picnic table. We had a nice dock to fish from and caught some nice fish. I cannot say enough good things about this house and our host. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Another incredible visit to San Leon house

Wonderful, easy, always pleasant, good fishing and location. We brought our own (non-motorized) boats and plunked them in at dock. Responsive owner. Private dock, comfortable home. We appreciated owner's recent improvements . (Hesitant to share this review because it might be booked next time we want it!)

Great place to stay

Everything was nice and clean. The house was perfect for entertaining. It had a nice upper deck overlooking the bay. Would defiantly go back. Great location to bring your boat for fishing.

I am an avid outdoors man. I love being on the water either fishing , water skiing or just taking in the sights. When I retire I will reside here because of the relaxing atmosphere.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

If you enjoy a cup of coffee watching the sun rise over the water or a cocktail watching the moon rise then this is the place. I only live 10 minutes away and during the summer when the heat is unbearable at my house, I can relax on the deck and it feels 10 to 15 degrees cooler.
