Regarding the pool, we understand the frustration and want to clarify that it is advertised exactly as it is—an oversized, unheated plunge-style pool. Your comments about the bathroom fixtures, water pressure, lighting, driveway access, and overall setup will be shared with the team, as guest feedback is an important part of improving the experience. Our goal is for every guest to enjoy a 5-star stay with us, and we’re sorry we fell short during your visit.
