Family Vacation

It was a really nice property and the owner included so many amenities! It is a bit further than a five minute walk to the beach but the golf cart was nice and you can buy a pass to drive on the beach. The beds were comfortable, the showers had good pressure and plenty of hot water, and the kitchen was stocked with all necessary dishes. The pool was great to jump in after a long day at the beach (showering off first, of course)Only things to be aware of:Golf Cart- there should be more directions about chargingThe lake- could have just been our weekend but it was way too windy to safely paddle board and the stuff growing on the ladder cut one guests toeThe beach- GET there before 9:00am! Gets crowded quickly on the weekendsOven- was very smokeyFridge- no ice maker for drinking iceWe would definitely stay here again!

Large beautiful home in great location

House Hunting

The house is perfect for a large group. It’s close to the beach and the included golf cart was great for popping over for sunrise and sunset. There are so many great beach toys, chairs, life jackets in the garage. We are house hunting on the island so it was perfect for getting a feel for living on the island. I would highly recommend this house for your beach vacation!

Awesome getaway

This home was perfect for my group of 7. Perfect location and great amenities. The host was quick to communicate and very easy to check in and out. I will be staying with him again and letting my friends and family know.

Great place!

Great experience overall. House was perfectly setup for what we needed for our family trip. Clean, great location and it was well stocked! Oh, the beds were SUPER COMFORTABLE!!! We all slept great. Will plan to come back for sure.

Perfect beach house

Our family of 14 stayed here to see my niece graduate from Texas A&M-Corpus Christi. Everything was perfect! We had 3 comfortable King beds, kids bunk beds, AC was cold, walking distance to pool, grill, lawn chairs, and large kitchen and dining room. It was super clean and we even got to check in a little earlier. Plus check-out was easier than other places we’ve stayed at.

Great house for families

We loved the house, plenty of room for everyone and loved being so close to the beach. We did have to get extra trash bags, paper towels and toilet paper… so just pack some extra just in case. We loved the pool being so close and the extra tables and chairs came in handy. Definitely will stay again!

This was a staycation for my family as my daughter turned 17! The kids enjoyed the amenities and felt so comfortable and at home! The morning view was our highlight! We will definitely be back!

Great Family Vacay!

This house was perfect for our family of 3 families- 11 people total including kids ages 2-8 years old. House is set up well and has great views of the water. Short distance walk to the pool and 2 blocks from the beach. Highly recommend!

Great location beach house

Although the golf cart didn’t run fast enough to drive , the grill was broken, the bike had flat tires, the oven was filthy. We had a great time. The house itself was clean and spacious. The garage was a nice space to hang out and fishing off of the dock and watching the big birds dive bombing for fish was fun. Overall a great location and a great time.

Great location.

Great location, plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen well equipped. We used grill with no problems, and granddaughter loved all the beach toys. Only suggestion would be to add some towel type bath mats, and maybe a front door mat to help reduce sand getting brought in on shoes. We would stay again.

Great stay!

Our trip was great! This place had everything we needed. The owner answered all of our requests fast and helped us to even check in early. The place was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the large living area/dining/kitchen area as we had a lot of people on the trip and had space for all of us to hang out. It was located perfectly to where we had privacy, but we were also close to the beach. The kids loved fishing from the dock where they all caught fish! We will recommend this place and plan on using it again!!

Great Texas beach vacation home

Fantastic host and fully stocked home. Kitchen equipment, bathroom supplies, outdoor recreational/beach equipment and golf cart were very convenient to have available. We had a minor issue with the toilet in one of the bathrooms but the owner came by to replace the failed part. Beds were very comfortable. Teen kids had a great time. And the large kitchen was a fun spot for group cooking. We hope to return in the future.

Comfortable and Cozy!

This house was roomy, comfy, and cozy. All of our guests raved about how comfortable the beds and pillows were and what a great nights rest they got. The house had everything we needed for our 4 day stay including plenty of toiletries, trash bags, etc.. I left some items behind when we checked out and Sergio went above and beyond to have them returned to me. The customer service I received was AMAZING! We will definitely be staying here in the near future!

Fantastic property with extras!

We had an awesome time at this rental! Plenty of space for 7 adults and 3 kids (with room to spare). The extra-large garage was a huge benefit giving hassle-free storage of beach equipment and vehicle security. The kids loved the water toys and we had fun driving the golf cart down the beach. Everything was cool and clean at check-in with plenty of communication and super-fast response from our host. Its a tremendous value for the amenities and service. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this rental! Thanks!

Amazing property

We stayed in the property with family to celebrate my father in laws 60th birthday. The bunk room for the kids was perfect as were the other rooms. The house was clean. It was a very short walk to the beach and the golf cart was a nice addition. The boat slip was perfect for our boat. We spent hours playing games at the picnic tables while the kids swam in the heated pool. We had everything we needed. The hosts went out of their way to make sure that we had what we needed and even offered to let us stay a few extra days since we had to drive home in record breaking winter weather. We had an amazing time and we will be back!
