Êtes-vous prêt? C'est l'heure de l'île! Alors venez et détendez-vous à un rythme plus lent. Lorsque vous entrez pour la première fois dans notre maison, ralentissez-vous sur le chemin de la terrasse et profitez de la grande surface habitable et de la cuisine moderne. Prenez une minute pour aller au deuxième étage maître avec un balcon vue sur l'eau donnant sur le pont.
D'accord, maintenant vous pouvez passer, au pont du paradis sur l'eau. Vous apprécierez les superbes vues sur le parc aquatique Schliterbaughn situé à seulement 1,6 km. Mais vous aurez du mal à quitter votre terrasse pendant que vous aimez flotter ou nager dans notre piscine chauffée. Ou prenez une canne à pêche et pêchez le plus gros poisson de la saison pour gagner une nuit gratuite chez nous. Peut-être préféreriez-vous simplement vous détendre et profiter de l'atmosphère en écoutant votre musique préférée grâce à la chaîne stéréo extérieure Blue tooth intégrée au bar. En passant, le bar dispose non seulement d'un énorme gril à gaz mais gardera vos boissons préférées refroidies et prêtes dans le réfrigérateur extérieur. Vous pouvez même saisir le mélangeur et concocter votre meilleure préparation surgelée. Ensuite, si vous avez froid, sautez dans le spa ou dans un sauna sec pour finir cette boisson glacée.
Avant que vous le sachiez vous jetez sur les steaks et en tirant dans le poisson et dansant sur la musique et Oups, oublié de l'océan?-il est à seulement un kilomètre de là --- laisse frapper la plage ya !!!
Plus tard, après une période passionnante au parc Padre Balli Beach Park à côté de Bob Hall Pier & Restaurant, vous pouvez retourner à la maison à la douche solaire extérieure pour laver le sable et planifier votre prochain déménagement. Il suffit de ralentir votre rouleau, vous êtes maintenant sur l'île!

Excellent place that fit our large group of 9. We enjoyed fishing off the back dock and unwinding in the hot tub, and it’s just a short drive to the beach! Very clean and comfortable place. Mark was very helpful and accommodating!

What a great trip. The house was fabulous and the property owners were amazing and so accommodating. There was tons of beach stuff in the garage for us to use at our disposal and the back deck was such a great space. Will definitely book with them again!

Family Birthday Getaway

The place was located right on the water with a cute deck and big jacuzzi. Right behind IGA so convenient for groceries. Close to food spots, especially Surfside Sandwich shop which is our favorite. And a quick 3 min drive to the beach access across from IGA. Perfect location and plenty of rooms, beds and space.

Fun in the Sun

Location and neighborhood is family friendly. Less than 5 minutes to the beach. Enjoyed fishing from the deck every morning and evening. Swimming Pool is great for kids. Outdoor living space is great for adults. House is roomy and comfortable.

Great weekend get away!

We had a wonderful time staying here! The house is well stocked (even had a crockpot we could use!). Mark is extremely responsive and very nice to work with. He even came to the house to show us how to use everything which was very helpful. It is a little dated in decor, but very clean and very spacious. Overall we are very happy we stayed here and hope to be back again!

Everything as advertised. Especially enjoyed outdoors deck area, grill, pool & hot tub. Pool was great for 3 small children. Would’ve liked to have a ladder or steps from dock into water. We had kayaks and could not get in & out at our dock. Kitchen well supplied. Loved the ice machine on the deck!

Great times with great friends at a great property!

We spent 4 days at the property and had an incredible time. There were 4 couples and there was plenty of room for all of us. We did spend most of the time enjoying the amazing deck. Grilling, fishing, hanging out in hot tub and pool, there was definitely plenty to do. Caught a few crabs with the crab trap but didnt have much luck this time fishing off the deck. Mark made us feel very welcome and we will try to stay here again when we can make i back down.

Family Vacation 2024 Amazing

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very pleased and satisfied with this rental for our family vacation of a lifetime. Our two sons met us there. We viewed the 2024 solar eclipse and my oldest son proposed to his girlfriend! it was a surprise to all of us. We had a wonderful week eating out, enjoying the beach, Visiting the aquarium and USS Lexington. We plan to make this a yearly family reunion., The beach house was very nice clean and was what we expected. Everyone enjoyed great fishing off the back deck and lounging in the chairs. The hot tub was also great to relax at night.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice place but the place could use an exterminator (roaches) and upgrade of furniture that is old & rusted. Didn’t seem like the property was walked through prior to our visit. Outside patio was not clean . Dust on tables bird droppings on floor. Large throw carpet in master bedroom dirty. Attic door in master-bedroom balcony was open.

Great Vacation

Great house for a family vacation. Plenty to keep the grandkids busy when not at the beach. Plenty of room for the entire family.

Wonderful stay in Paradise!

Mark and Tatyana provided an excellent stay in Corpus Christi that provided us with a wonderful time! Spacious accommodations and absolutely perfect outdoor space with a pool, hot tub, grill and hammock. Mark greeted us and walked us around the house and showed us how things worked. Even provided recommendations of the best locations to hit the beach and park. He was in communication all weekend and we appreciated his help! Only recommendations we had - the pictures should be updated, as it appears to be a different hot tub and we expected one extra set of bunk beds but were pleasantly surprised to find enough large beds for our whole group (7 people). As well, the hot tub was too chlorinated and did cause irritation and itching - luckily, the outdoor shower helped a lot! Thank you Mark and Tatyana! (All 7 people are also in love with your living room sectional, we enjoyed lounging around on it the most!)

My wife is a piano teacher of 35 years and currently teaches private piano lessons in San Antonio and Corpus Christi / North Padre Island.

North Padre Waterfront On The Island. This Canal Home is just 1 mile to amazing beaches, Bob Hall Pier & the Packery Channel. One minute you are watching your favorite show on the big screen and within 10 seconds you are fishing big time on the deck!
