For added privacy and convenience, this property includes a separate casita with its own bathroom and kitchenette, perfect for guests or extended family members. Inside the main house, you'll find a separate living area and family area, providing plenty of space for relaxation and entertainment.

Located in a secure gated community, guests will have access to the Players Club and Spa at Lely, offering an array of top-notch amenities. Enjoy a large lap pool, resort pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, tennis courts, pickleball courts, bocce ball courts, fitness center, day spa, restaurants, and more.

Please note that access to the Players Club is available for stays of two weeks or less for two adults and four children. Advance notice to Vacasa with the names of adults and children is required. For longer stays, please specify the two weeks you would like access.

Things to Know
The HOA has a strict two car limit and vehicles must be parked in the garage at all times. Parking is not allowed on the driveways, street, or grass.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
