When we prepare the home for guests, we stock it the same way we do when our adult kids come to visit. Family vacation time is precious, and our girls still talk about their childhood trips to Florida as some of their happiest memories. We also appreciate your note about young children. We don’t keep many baby items on site. Families with little ones often use a local Naples service called Twinkle Twinkle Little Store that rents cribs, highchairs, and more. They deliver and pick up directly at the house. We discussed our travels over the years and what we wanted in a vacation home when we traveled. Good mattresses were the first thing! Then we proceeded to read a lot of reviews, looking for quality items that our future guests would enjoy. (If something wasn’t quite right, we sent it back!) We wanted to ensure our guests had all the important basic supplies. I’ve always found it a bit challenging to land after a long trip and have to run out for groceries. As a result, we decided to provide breakfast (and a little extra) to help make your arrival stress-free. I’m so glad you enjoyed the breakfast items! Brian and I keep our phones close while guests are at the property so we’re always available if needed. However, we try to only text for important reminders. I really appreciate your excellent communication when I sent the trash and recycling bin reminders—thank you! Thank you for the compliments on the house, pool and neighborhood.
