Semaines d'hiver disponibles !!! Pool Villa sur un parcours de golf à Naples, en Floride

Profitez de vos vacances dans cette maison de piscine nouvellement décorée sur le parcours de golf de Flamingo Island à Lely Resort. Pendant les mois d’hiver, quand il est presque impossible de trouver une location à court terme à Naples, cette maison est disponible du samedi au samedi pour une ou deux semaines maximum.

La piscine et le patio font face au sud-est. Cela vous permet de profiter du beau soleil du matin, mais en fin d’après-midi, vous aurez un endroit ombragé pour faire un barbecue sur le gril à gaz et manger sur le patio. Pour votre plaisir, nous avons également un bain à remous et un réfrigérateur à vin. Nul besoin de balayer des mouches, la piscine et la véranda sont couvertes d’écrans.

La cuisine récemment rénovée est parfaite pour les repas gastronomiques, les plats à emporter ou le mélange de boissons à savourer à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur. Détendez-vous sur la terrasse couverte tout en regardant les enfants dans la piscine ou les golfeurs bons et mauvais coups.

Divertissez vos invités dans le salon au plafond cathédrale pouvant accueillir 8 personnes. Regardez le match sur la télévision du salon ou divisez-vous en regardant la télévision dans la pièce / chambre 3.

La salle à manger peut accueillir 6 personnes à la table avec des tabourets de bar supplémentaires au bar du petit-déjeuner. Le salon et la salle à manger donnent tous deux sur la piscine, le bain à remous et le parcours de golf.

La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size à réglage individuel, d'une télévision, d'un accès à la piscine et au patio, ainsi que d'une salle de bains principale récemment rénovée.

La deuxième chambre a un lit queen size et partage une belle nouvelle salle de bain avec le den / 3ème chambre qui a deux lits gigognes. Les deux chambres disposent d'une télévision.

Une buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse, des étagères suspendues, un fer et une planche et un garage pour 2 voitures complètent ce bien. Pour votre plaisir, nous avons 2 vélos, un parasol et des chaises de sable dans le garage. Faites comme chez vous et profitez de ce petit bijou.

This was a beautiful home that had all the amenities and great decor within the house. Amazing views on the property for early morning walks and loved the lanai, pool and hot tub.

Wonderful property

Love this property. It's in a beautiful neighborhood and close to the beach and shopping. We made good use of the pool and hot tub and it even has a grill outside for cooking. I would definitely stay here again. The owner was very responsive to all my email.

Beautiful

We had an absolute blast at this house!! It’s very clean and everything you could imagine and more!! We used the bikes just about every night and took some long bike rides!! The Naples pier and tiger tail beach on Marco island are only 20-30 mins away from the house! In a great location!

Everything was as detailed on VRBO but better in reality. Over our 2 week stay, nothing could have been improved upon in any aspect of the home. Safe and quiet neighbourhood. Shopping and dining all close by. Response from owner when sought was excellent. We most certainly hope that we can return soon.

Excellent relaxing stay in Beautiful home

My wife and I loved staying at the property in Lely resort. The house had everything we could want or need and we loved having our own pool and hot tub. Excursions to different area beaches were a breeze and having chairs, umbrella, etc at the house made it so simple. We enjoyed the bikes provided as well for trips around the neighborhood. A great relaxing week at a beautiful house. Thank you

Great place with great location

Excellent place. It couldn't be more perfect. Great location, 20 min to Marco island and 20 min to Naples beach. less than 5 mins from anything you need, groceries, restaurants, etc. Having bikes was a really nice touch, the neighborhood is super quiet, no much traffic so riding bikes around was a really nice experience. The house has everything you will need, a heated pool, spa, bbq, and a kitchen with all the appliances. Best place we ever stayed. Super recommended. We definitely will try to stay here again in the future.

Lovely place, Lovely owners!

Our first trip to Naples was wonderful--due in large part to the beautiful home we came back to every day. The pool was so relaxing & clean and the home was stocked with every need. Both the Property Manager & the homeowners proved to be so very helpful. We were forced to stay an extra day because of a hurricane in our city, and our hosts were so accommodating in those unusual circumstances. Definitely a 5 star week! Thank you!

Wonderful Family Getaway

The house is very thoughtfully done. stocked with everything you need in the bathrooms, kitchen, pool and beach toys. We used the bikes, too! House is very roomy for a family of 5. Comfortable beds, perfect outdoor patio. Loved the salt water pool—the kids didn’t want to leave it! The house is about 20min from the marco island beaches, great parks/playgrounds, the zoo. corkscrew sanctuary was a little farther but worth the trip. Thank you for all the care you put in your house, it really made it easy to relax and have fun!

We had absolutely no problems with our stay at this lovely property. Minor issues when entering the home, but garage entry made life easy. We have visited Florida many times, and found that this villa was better equipped than any others., it was wonderful not to spend hours sourcing and purchasing the basic requirements of life, from coffee to body wash. AWSOME place to stay !!

Well let me say first off thank you to the home owners. This is an AWSOME home we stayed at this week. Great communication with the property manager for one little non major issue. When you first walk in, you can see this home is taken care of and is well maintained . There was an abundance and towels for the pool and towels for personal hygiene and additional items in the kitchen. The house is very clean from the frig to the bathrooms. The bedrooms were large enough for both parties. This home is a place we will be looking to stay at in future trips to FL. I’m not a review person but I must give credit were credit is due.

Paradise in Falcons Glen!

From the moment we walked into this charming villa on the golf course, we knew we were going to enjoy our stay of 26 nights. The owners and the property manager did everything possible to make our stay relaxing and comfortable. All necessities were provided which was so convenient and generous and the house was very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed meals outside in the lanai and used the pool just about every day. The location is perfect because it is close to everything (restaurants, groceries, beach, etc). If you want to visit Marco Island, it is a just a short drive away. We hope to stay again next time we visit the Naples area. Thank you for a memorable experience! Katy, Premier Host is an understatement! Staying in your home was the best decision we made.

We had a fantastic stay at this house in Florida. It is in a lovely, quiet area, and during our visit it felt almost like we had the neighbourhood to ourselves. I assume many of the surrounding homes are also holiday rentals, as we did not see a soul the whole time, which made it incredibly peaceful.The house itself was spotless. The kitchen and bathrooms were immaculate, the bedrooms had plenty of space, and all the facilities were in great condition. The Wi-Fi was extremely fast, the TV worked perfectly, the fridge and freezer were spacious, and having both a washing machine and a dryer was a real bonus. A pleasant surprise was the main bedroom bed, which can be adjusted with a remote control into different positions for maximum comfort.The pool was a decent size, and the jacuzzi was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. If I had one minor criticism, the pool area could do with a quick power wash to freshen it up, as it looked a little weathered. We also experienced a minor issue with the kitchen lights not working on our last night, but I am confident the host would have resolved it if we had contacted them.Another highlight was the extras in the garage: beach chairs, bicycles that just needed the tyres pumped up, and other useful bits for days out. The area felt very safe, with shops, restaurants and Walmart close by.Overall, we loved staying here and would have no hesitation recommending it.

A Week in Lely!

Have stayed at this home in the past. GREAT Home. But I must add I had a minor issue with pool/Tv. I contacted the caretaker for the house who lives a very short distance away. His name is Peter and went above and beyond to help me figure out the minor issues. It was Great knowing he was close by to assist with any issues.

Maryland natives, living in Central Virginia; we are empty nesters. We love to visit Naples for a couple of weeks in the winter and found it almost impossible to find a house that wasn't rented out for the whole winter season, so we bought one!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

When I saw this property online, I knew I wanted it. My husband...not so much. He's always more conservative than I am. It wasn't being offered furnished, but it looked so nice with the leather furniture and the colors, that I wanted it all. My husband, grudgingly agreed, to go along with it. We put in the offer; it was accepted; and we were on our way! That was in 2019; since then the hubby has come around and loves the house as much as I do!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

I'm really picky about the way the back of my house faces. After owning a house that faced due west in the back, I thought...never again! It was always too hot to enjoy eating dinner on our deck or grilling. Since that house, years ago, I've always gone for a southeast facing deck or patio. The sun is behind the house in the late afternoon, so we can enjoy dining alfresco. The southern slant gives more light during the winter months.
