Nous sommes au coeur du quartier le plus prestigieux de Saint-Domingue. À distance de marche des centres commerciaux, des restaurants et des supermarchés. Nous sommes à proximité de nombreuses cliniques. Près des bureaux du gouvernement et situé au centre de toutes les attractions touristiques. Ce qui rend notre condo spécial est que nous prenons des efforts sérieux pour garder tout le monde en sécurité dans notre immeuble.

Great Stay

Overall stay was excellent. Mildred went out of way to ensure that we had everything that we needed for our stay. She checked on us daily to make sure there were no problems. I recommend her to anyone needing a rental.

Beautiful capital experience!

This apartment is perfectly located in the center of the action, but yet still maintains a quiet, peaceful tone. Nearby is everything you need, shopping malls, movies, supermarkets, and more. Very easy to get to and from the area without issue and the block is very quiet for being in such a key spot. The apartment itself was immaculate, has updated furnishings, and building staff very helpful. Definitely recommended for anyone that wants an enjoyable stay in the capital!

Best place to stay in Santo Domingo

This is hands down the best vacation rental in Santo Domingo, the apartment is located in a very good area nearby shopping, attractions and transit. The building is awesome, well maintained and the apartment is incredible. We are a family of 4 and we couldn't be more comfortable, the bedrooms are huge, very nice beds, fully functional kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, furnished balcony. The Wi-Fi and cable are also great. Mildred was a great host, very helpful and accommodating, she was always in touch with us to make sure everything worked. great service for sure. For convenience, the colmado nearby and all restaurants in the area deliver to the building, If we come back to Santo Domingo we would definitely stay here again. Carlos

A fantastic place to stay...

I could not have chosen a better place to stay. Located right in the middle of the city, you have access to almost everything. Very safe neighborhood, you are located at walking distance to the mall (Plaza Central) and a five (5) minutes walk to the supermarket (Nacional).The apartment was as described with a great balcony, great place to chill on top of the building. I definitely recommend it if your plan is to stay right in the city. And from the moment I signed up to get the unit, the owner contacted me right away and stayed in touch for everything I ever needed, including recommendation for a driver (great guy), places to go, to visit and continued to stay in touch even after our trip ended. And I must say one of my favorite thing was the book left in the unit for us with all the phone numbers you might need from ordering food to security downstairs. Also the safe in the room was for me the peace of mind I needed to keep my passport and other items. Oh yes it is a very secure place with security guard at the lobby. Definitely a good choice if you're want to stay in the Piantini area. Thank you so much for all your help and accomodations Mildred.

Great Experience

My overall experience and impression of this property is Excellent. This is really a great property in a great location for the price. Personally I do not like to stay in hotels when I travel for more than 2 days so I look for similar properties that have a home feel and experience. The location is great because it's less than a block from the Plaza Central and not far from Acropolis or Blue Mall. The location has a variety of safety measures from the concierge, to the unit door locks and the main doors and gate which is also electronic. Parking space available, balcony with a nice view of the city during the day or night, close to banks, shopping or the metro. Also the Ron/Rum Depot is less than 5 minutes drive from the place. Buy alcohol at wholesale prices from this place and visit the supermarket within the same distance and you're set for your trip. The day and night concierge are both great at helping with anything you need. The owner is also always available to assist with anything. The property was well maintained and the owner has a book with a list of things to help you during your stay. There is nothing negative that I can find about this property... I am trying to think of one... I am certain that I will stay at this location again if it's available on my next trip. Thanks for your hospitality

Best place to stay in Santo Domingo

This is the perfect place to stay in Santo Domingo. The apartment is beautiful and spacious and the area is very safe. The rental is located close to the best restaurants in Santo Domingo and beautiful malls and shopping centers. This rental has everything that you need to feel at home. Mildred is the best host, she is very friendly and she goes above and beyond to help you and make you feel at home. I will recommend this apartment to anyone who want to be close to everything and love the decor and an excellent host. Thank you so much Mildred.

Location location location

Beautiful condo in a great location !

Spectacular Apartment

I truly enjoyed my stay at Mildred's rental, very comfortable with everything I needed to cook and clean. I have visited Santo Domingo on several occasions and stayed in many locations, but this was by far the most spectacular apartment I have rented very safe and convenient to local restaurants and malls. The apartment was very clean and had exceptional Internet and TV services. The staff was very helpful and even provided concierge services when requested. Mildred was readily available whenever needed. It truly felt like home and I will definitely return. Thanks so much for making my stay in Santo Domingo the best ever.

Högklassig lägenhet med shopping på gångavstånd

Boendet är perfekt för att leva storstadsliv med närhet till shopping. Hyresvärden är väldigt bra. Säkert boende med dygnetruntbevakning, enda minus är att det finns ingen i huset som talar annat än spanska. Så ta med lexikon.

An excellent property at an excellent location.

Where to begin? The property is very well located pretty much at the heart of the city, so getting around from there is quite easy with shops, restaurants and supermarkets all quite nearby. Incredibly, even though it's located very near a main road (27 de Febrero) somehow the apartment is very quiet and we never heard any street noise. Also if you have a rented car you won't have to worry about parking since the property has two covered spots. Very nice. The apartment itself is on the 5th floor right in front of the elevator. It's very tastefully decorated in a modern style and felt cozy and comfortable to us - after a little bit of looking around we felt right at home. With so many good places to eat nearby you will likely not need the kitchen, but it's there and it has all you would need should you be inclined to cook. All rooms have independent A/C, bathroom and TV on them and the beds were comfortable. The living area has a nice L-shaped couch which proved our favorite hangout spot. The lamp on the living area was quite a hit with everyone who saw it... In short, we were quite pleased with the apartment, its location, facilities and comfort level. As for the owners they were simply excellent. They followed up with us all the way, making sure we knew how to get there and ensuring that things were looking well every day and that we were enjoying our stay. Should I ever need a place in the city again, all I can do is hope that this place is available... I'll be back! (And a well-deserved shoutout to Gilberto!) PRO TIP: If you plan to drive in the city, use WAZE. Just trust me on that one.

Exceptional place, Clean and organized!

Just bring yourself and your clothes! They have everything covered! Don't forget Uber is in Town! Taxi wait no longer an issue with Uber!!. Excelente apartamento y atención!

El apartamento es más grande de lo que aparenta en las fotos, Muy cómodo y en excelente ubicación. Como siempre en República Dominicana donde vayas te van a atender con mucho cariño y amabilidad, la señora Mildred está atenta durante todo tu viaje en caso de tener cualquier necesidad relacionada con tu estadía y el apartamento. La ubicación está perfecta, cerca de centros comerciales, mercados y restaurantes a pocos metros. De ahora en adelante este será mi lugar de estadía para mis próximas visitas a República Dominicana. Muchas gracias señora Mildred por toda su atención, excelente trato y apartamento.

I am a native Dominican from the city of Santo Domingo. I purchased this condo for the hopes to live in it when my husband retires. We are currently living in NY with our son. My husband and I adore the condo and find it to be our best getaway when we go on vacation. I am extremely knowledgeable of the country and although I am living in NY my heart will always be in the Dominican Republic. This will be my home again very soon!

It is an extremely safe location and in the most upscale neighborhoods in the Santo Domingo. A good number of our guests come for to our home for RECOVERY CARE after COSMETIC SURGERY. We also had several distinguised guests use it while touring, acting or business travel. We have great reviews and are very proud of being SuperHosts. MY GOAL IS TO GIVE THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TREAT MY GUESTS AS FAMILY!
