Comfort, style, and elegance await you. Located in the coveted Queen Anne neighborhood, perfect for exploring all that Seattle has to offer. Filled with natural light, thoughtful amenities and upscale furnishings, there’s no compromising luxury for convenience. The spacious layout offers a gourmet kitchen, dining area, cozy living room, a workspace and lots of windows. Unwind and relax near the fire, or step outside to enjoy the twinkling city views from this elevated location.

The host resides locally and is available from 7am - 10pm to assist guests.

Named for its historic style of residential architecture, Queen Anne sits upon a 456-foot hill North of Downtown Seattle.

Some of Seattle's best coffee cafes are located in Queen Anne. Local favorites include Queen Anne Coffee Co, Milestead, and Storyville Coffee Company.

There is a mix of about 30 restaurants, cafes, and bars on Queen Anne Ave North, less than a 3 minute drive away.

Visit nearby Kerry Park for postcard-perfect views of the Downtown Seattle skyline, the Space Needle and Puget Sound.

Guests have access to the entire apartment and a patio area with bbq grill.

Located on a quiet residential street with plenty of street parking.

Step into this well appointed environment to find a comfortable sectional sofa cradling the picturesque gas fireplace and 65" Smart TV. A dining area with seating for four, and a workspace create a functional open concept space for all.

The gourmet kitchen is a joy for cooking enthusiasts with plenty of counter space and fully equipped with all the essentials.

Both bedrooms have comfortable King size beds and quality cotton linens.

A laundry room with full size high efficiency machines, a three piece bathroom with stand up shower, plus an extra half bathroom add to the already accommodating features throughout the space.

Guests have access to a patio with seating, as well as a propane bbq grill, just outside the apartment entrance.


A vehicle or ride service is recommended for getting around, since we are located in a primarily residential area. Although, public transit is nearby.

***The apartment is located on the ground level of a larger luxury home. Guests have their own private entrance. There are no shared spaces.

***Due to the neighborhood topography, and elevation of our lot, ascending an outdoor stairway is required to reach the property. The apartment is all one level, once inside.

***The home above is occupied by full time residents who are not available to assist guests. It is not often that you may see one another come and go, but we ask that guests please not disturb the residents, and they will do the same.

***Due to the apartment's location below the main house, there is the occasional potential for noise. Although the apartment is generally quiet, and the residents above adhere to quiet hours, it is possible to hear a reasonable level of movement or muffled voices from above. If a perfectly quiet environment, with no adjacent occupants is a must have, this space may not be a great fit for your stay.

***The apartment is not equipped with its own air conditioning system. Ventilation from the main house air conditioner flows into the apartment, which helps to maintain a comfortable temperature. Guests do not have the ability to control the temperature or frequency of the air conditioner, or request that the air conditioner settings be adjusted. The apartment does not get uncomfortably warm, even during higher than normal summer temperatures. And portable fans are available to guests at all times.

***The landscaping is professionally maintained every two weeks by a local service. Please do not be alarmed if you see a landscaping crew outside during business days/hours.

***There are multiple exterior cameras for safety and surveillance of the outdoor areas of the property.

***The trampoline belongs to the upstairs residents and is NOT to be used by guests.

Clean, great host and awesome location!

I went up here with my three young kids for Spring Break. The place was well appointed with everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The location was great - good places to eat within walking distance and easy drive to everything else.Our host, Dre, was very attentive and responded to any questions right away.Highly recommend!

Comfortable Queen Anne Apartment

This place was perfect for our mini vacay! We enjoyed walking to the museums at the Seattle Center as well as down to Queen Anne Ave for coffee and shops. The lovely apartment was clean, quiet and comfortable. Communication with the property manager was top-notch. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

I couldn’t have asked for more when staying at Spacious Modern Apartment in Queen Anne. Dre’s response time and accommodation of our arrival exceeded expectations. I would recommend anyone to stay at this property and Dre may be the best Property Manager I’ve booked through.

Immaculate Cozy Retreat

The apartment is beautifully furnished and appointed: soft linens and bedding, well stocked kitchen with high end appliances, and very comfortable beds and sofa/chairs. The owner clearly cares about this property and it shows throughout! Loved the location --easy access to downtown Seattle and a quick walk to upper Queen Anne for grocery store and restaurants. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we hope to return at some point soon.

Good location and comfy king beds

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this little gem in Queen Anne! The location was great for us, we rented a car and never had a problem finding parking. The apartment was clean, well equipped and we really appreciated rooms both having king sized beds which is hard to find! Our only suggestion for improvement would be to increase WiFi internet speed. Last, the property manager was super responsive to any correspondence which was very appreciated. Thank you!

Great Location

Comfy beds, nice neighborhood and all the conveniences available. Keep in mind this is a basement/garden suite so you do hear the upstairs neighbors but they were considerate enough and not too noisy It seems their main floor is one floor up and above is a gym and entrance so you can hear them at the top of the stairs as if they are coming down!? . Thseems it'

Quiet, Convenient, and Clean

I've been staying with VRBO for over eight years and I've been from Florida to Texas, and now Seattle. This property is an excellent one, and for what you get it's very reasonably priced. Close to downtown Seattle, yet off the beaten path and quiet with little traffic. Close to everything whether it's a professional sports you seek or the University of Washington. The location itself is clean and very roomy with a great kitchen to cook all the great local ingredients you can gather in Seattle. This is also a kid friendly space and a kid friendly neighborhood. I'll be staying here again.

Perfect Spot for Family Visits in Queen Anne

My wife and I booked this apartment for our parents who were visiting from the east coast. We recently welcomed our first child and, as you'd expect, family wanted to meet the newest addition to our family.This place exceeded all our expectations. The location was fantastic. My wife and I live in Queen Anne, so we wanted our parents within walking distance, which this apartment delivered. From here, you have a killer view of downtown with the Space Needle front and center. It's in a quiet but central location within Queen Anne. The whole neighborhood is walkable, and you can explore the rest of Seattle fairly easily. Plus, the area is extremely safe.The apartment itself was perfect. It was large enough for all of us to get together and cook a few dinners (the kitchen had plenty of pots & pans). We were able to lounge in the living room and catch up... and as new parents who haven't had a chance to get out much since baby's arrival, it was exactly what we needed. And the fireplace pulled it all together, making for some cozy family evenings.Major shout out to the homeowner and property manager, too. They were friendly, generous, and exceptional communicators. There was a small issue with the hot water heater, but it got resolved quickly without impacting our stay. We never felt overlooked.I'm sure our parents will be back to visit again soon, and when they do, we'll definitely book this same apartment!

Great spot

The apartment was perfect for our family. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds were big and comfy (LOVE when rentals have king beds), and the property manager and owners were very responsive to anything that came up. The neighborhood is beautiful and we loved walking over to the Kerry Park playground.
