Tucked away amidst the captivating scenery of Tucson, La Posada Lodge and Casitas extend a warm invitation to travelers seeking the serene allure and genuine allure of the Southwest. Unwind by our exquisite pool and awaken rejuvenated to a complimentary hot breakfast, complete with refreshing mimosas to start your day right. We also have a room with 2 queen beds. If your occupancy is 3-4, we will move you into the double queen room to fit more comfortably.
Staying in a casita is the best route to go for this hotel. The regular rooms face the busy street and can be noisy, but the casitas are tucked back in a beautifully manicured lawn area, nice and quite. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are old and need some touch ups and maintenance, but I would stay here again despite that.
We decided to give this a try, using vrbo for a hotel style stay. The casita was nice. It had no utensils if we had wanted to cook, but as this was a getaway, it's located within walking distance to several eateries. On site breakfast was also included. We enjoyed the spa on property. If trip to Tucson again, we would likely rebook if available
VRBO listed an unavailable property . Collected our money and sent us confirmation, the property said they were booked the whole weeker and turned us away .
The room was spacious but dated. Breakfast items need to be varied; four mornings with the same items got to be too much! It was great to have a daily newspaper available daily!!!
Les points faibles : Communication et exactitude de lâannonce
Deceived but Delighted
I was led to believe that I was booking a "casita" on resort grounds. Not the case. It was a standard room in the hotel. I was there to celebrate my birthday and met up with my bff. We had such a good time, a blast, that I soon forgot about deceit. The resort is very nice, but tired.
Booked this stay for a tiny staycation during a hectic week. It was just what was needed. Access to plenty of dining options nearby and shopping down the road on Oracle. The room was a bit dated, but nothing that was dirty or unsanitary. And I woke up to beautiful views of the mountains! Would stay again.
Casita was amazing, but hot tub was cold during our stay as well as breakfast wasn't quite as was expected including the ad said complimentary mimosas which we did not receive or see during breakfast, it was our honeymoon and we did enjoy our selfs minus the few inconveniences.
