Thank you for the wonderful stay! We were only there for the one night, but the ceilings were gorgeous, the bed was extremely comfortable and helped relax my back for the first time in 8 years, the bathroom is adorable and Patrick, you are a wonderful host. Patrick was able to offer us the accommodations we needed to have a comfortable stay and we cannot recommend him and this property enough. For a small space, it is VERY roomy, and the patio area is nice to relax in.
This Casita offered us a very relaxing weekend. The place was easy to find and it was clean, quiet, and secure in an older, well kept neighborhood. The outdoor patio area is very private. Everything in the Casita worked as it should. The host was very prompt to answer a question that we had after check in. Overall this was a great stay and we will definitely consider staying here again.
I was very pleased with our stay! The casita waa clean, inviting, very private, and had everything we needed. The area was super quiet and was a nice little oasis in the heart of the city. The casita check-in instructions were very easy to follow. Most of all, it gelt secure. I very much recommend this place and have already shared the link to other family members who may want to stay when they're in town!
When trying to locate the Cosita. The link that was given in the VRBO email was wrong and took us 8-10 minutes in the wrong direction. Super frustrating when youre in an unknown area with a TON of construction. When we first walked into the Cosita we were IMMEDIATELY hit with an unpleasant smell. I cannot really describe the smell, but I'm wondering if it may have been the water (possibly hard water?). I don't think that was it, but I don't know what else it could have been. When trying to pull out the hide-a-bed, it was VERY difficult. Almost as if the metal was bent or something. We were finally able to get it out, however, upon leaving we left the bed out as it did not go back in easily and I did not want to take the risk of any damages. The queen size bed was VERY creaky, but even more disturbing was when I pulled back the sheet to go to bed and found blood stains!!!! GROSS!!!!
The host was supreme. He had a bowl of water waiting for the dogs. He was very friendly. Everything was fabulous. There was coffee and tea available beautiful dishes, comfortable bed, clean crispy sheets. The shower was amazing.
Great amenities, well-planned details. The space could use a comfy sitting chair maybe adjacent to the couch (especially if the folding bed is used). The futon bench was ok but not real comfy to sit on to read, etc for a long period. To allow it to fit next to the couch (a chair that spins?) maybe turn the dining table 90 degrees.
