On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with fireplace and an open kitchen. On this same floor there is also a toilet and a double room with an en-suite bathroom and sea views.
On the first floor are the other 3 bedrooms, all of them with en-suite bathrooms and all with spectacular views of the sea.
Both Porto Cristo beach and the rocks located just below the house are accessible on foot. The location of this villa is ideal for those who wish to enjoy the sea and the beach.
