This cozy apartment is located in the authentic Andalusian style urbanization “Tio Charles” with stunning panoramic views over the Mediterranean Sea, Sierra Nevada mountains and the Fuengirola bay. The urbanization is very tranquil, so you can relax and enjoy the stunning views, though in walking distance to the famous white village/town of Benalmadena Pueblo with all amenities such as countless restaurants, bars, shops and several local attractions.
The apartment is in 2 levels with 118 m2 located on the first line of the urbanization, where the views are undisturbed and breathtaking:
Lower level: features a spacious and bright living room with ceiling to floor glass doors leading to a 35 m2 large south facing uncovered terrace with lots of sun and beautiful views, a totally renovated (2023) fully equipped kitchen with all appliances such as dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer and coffee machine, dining table with 6 chairs, and a guest toilet. From the terrace/patio there is direct access to the garden & pool-area through a lockable gate. The pool area is on the same level as the terrace.
Upper floor: features 2 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and double beds. The master bedroom with ceiling to floor glass door is leading to a 11 m2 large south-west facing covered terrace with panoramic views. Further these is a small room with bunk bed, and a spacious bathroom with shower & heating floor.
The entire apartment is furnished with comfortable furniture. There is a lounge, dining table, sunbed and BBQ on the terraces ready for you to enjoy all day long.
The urbanization is completely closed and fenced. It has 2 large pools with sunbeds and green lawns, one of which is located on a cliff with wonderful views over the sea, and a large and well-maintained garden with tropical trees and green lawns and exceptional views. There are free parking spaces on the street.

It is a residential complex made up of several small apartment buildings in great harmony. It is located in front of the sea nestled in the town of Benalmádena.
The urbanization is completely closed and fenced. The garden and pool area is highlighted by an exceptional beautiful and undisturbed Ocean and mountain view, which gives you a feeling of being in paradise. The famous Buddhist stupa, which is a worldwide attraction and a point of spiritual enlightment, is only 5 minutes’ walk from the apartment. Just next to the Stupa you´ll find the beautiful and natural Parque, “parque Rústico de Retamar”.

Benalmádena Pueblo is a lovely traditional Andalusian so-called white village/town and one of the most popular and attractive ones on Costa del Sol. It is a fantastic representation of authentic Spanish culture.
This beautiful village/town is very cozy, quiet and peaceful with just the right number of bars and restaurants offering delicious food and drink at all price ranges. The alleys are adorned with orange trees with the wonderful scent of the flowers. There are great views from the village over to the coast and Fuengirola, and there are several traditional squares and a very beautiful old church.

The location near vibrant cities/towns of Benalmadena, Fuengirola, Marbella, Malaga and Torremolinos offers a variety of attractions in the area from east to west within a very short distance from the apartment such as golf courses, museums, cultural experiences, gourmet restaurants, beach activities, nightlife and much, much more.
