BeachBumz est une maison de vacances décorée avec goût avec suffisamment de place pour toute la famille pour se détendre et s'amuser!

À l'extérieur, vous profiterez de votre propre quai privé, d'un espace barbecue et d'une table de pique-nique. La maison se trouve sur un large canal avec une vue imprenable. Vous pouvez même voir un balbuzard s'envoler. Apportez du matériel de p��che au crabe et des cannes à pêche afin que vous puissiez prendre le dîner directement sur le quai. Détendez-vous dans le porche grillagé et les terrasses meublées.

Could be cleaner

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is cute-ish and in a lovely neighborhood! We had the good fortune to see both sunrises as well as sunsets here! Unfortunately not enough attention was given to the inside of the unit. There was a big bag of dirty linens in the basement entry area. Additionally there were cobwebs inside of the dining room windows. The hallway bath hadn’t been cleaned when we arrived. The microwave handle was hanging off the unit (which eventually fell off during our stay). Also the beds are not true queens. Never received a response from management company regarding things having to do with the property.

Rented kayaks for the week and was able to put them in right at the house.

Nice house with some unresolved issues

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House is very spacious with a beautiful view and a quiet neighborhood. We did encounter a couple different issues that were reported to maintenance, but never resolved during our week there. The TV in the upstairs master bedroom was broken due to no power surge protector from a previous week, that was supposed to be replaced and was not. The refrigerator had an issue where it took up to three days to get to a cool temperature they were supposed to send someone out which never happened and finally there is a leak under the sink in the kitchen that was reported we had water coming out from the cabinets. They were supposed to send somebody which never happened. We managed to tighten the pipes under sink. These are issues that should have been followed up with and were not. You pay a lot of money for a one week rental for these sort if issues to not be addressed. Luckily the home itself was beautiful.

Beach Fun

The house was perfect for 6 adults and 2 babies. Plenty of room for all of us. The main floor layout is ideal. You can be cooking and still be part of conversations going on in the kitchen or dining area. We had a lot of fun playing ping pong and fishing off the dock. The weather was great so we sat outside on the deck watching the osprey, ducks and geese. Surprisingly there were no bugs to bother us. The beach was only ten minutes away. Easy to get to to catch the sunrise or sunset. There was some seaweed when we swam but you can’t control Mother Nature. It didn’t spoil our fun! I think this was a perfect house for our first family getaway.

Great Place to Spend Time With Family!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were in Kitty Hawk for our daughter’s wedding. The home was conveniently located, while at the same time, out of the hustle and bustle of a busy beach community. Our home was in a quite boating community that made it easy to enjoy a quite cup of coffee in the morning or a late night drink on the patio. The kitchen was well appointed with all you would need to cook at home. 4 bed rooms and three baths was perfect for our group of seven. Plenty of room! Would definitely stay here again!

Beach BumZ House Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was fantastic for us! We fished right off the dock, which was great for our 7 yr old and 3 yr old grandsons. We were competing....of course, it was a tie.The layout of the house was perfect, since my husband and I (the grandparents) rented the house, our master bedroom was on the 3rd floor with the large bathroom. Our daughter, son-in- law and three grand children had bedrooms on the main level (middle floor). It just worked out perfectly for them.Only negative thing was one guard at Colington Harbor Guard house at the entrance was a horribly hateful bully! I accidentally got in the right lane. He SCREAMED at me telling me to circle around and come through the correct lane. I didn't understand. I said, What is the difference? He was more than vivid sounding as he stood, stepped out screaming, BECAUSE IT DOES!!! I did as he said, When I came back, I said please tell me what is the difference, I have never driven through here. My husband did once, you gave us the pass, but you didn't say anything about the lanes. He was a HORRIBLE SMART ALEC, but finally I got out of him, the right lane was for homeowners. If my grandchildren had not been in the car, I would have told him off! As it was, I kept my mouth shut...but the look I gave him should have made him spontaneously combust!!!!

Then we opened the to the upstairs and it was beautiful.the house was clean beds were comfortable and the views breathtaking. Very peaceful . My husband and others loved the dock and fishing . Kitchen could be alittle better equipped. But we will rent again . We loved it.

You Won't Be Disappointed

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I had a wonderful time in this house. It is exactly as described, and shown in the pictures, with one exception. The description states that the bedrooms are 3 queen and 1 bunk, however one of the queen beds is actually a full-size bed. The main level queen and full mattresses are quite firm. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed for our week stay. The furniture was abundant and quite comfortable. It's a quiet neighborhood and the community pool was very nice to have for non-beach days. I would definitely recommend a stay at Beach Bumz !

Stay during Tropical Storm Hermine

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are repeat renters of BeachBumz and the home is lovely. It was mostly clean (needed to re wipe kitchen counters and table, but otherwise it seemed fine. There were large spider webs full of trapped mosquitoes outside each of the front door and top of the steps and the exit byt the kitchen door. After the storm past, there were swarms of bugs flying near these doors and I and my dog were bitten resulting in a trip to an urgent care that did not accept our health ins. I had a severe allergic reaction and infection within 48 hours. Perhaps the outside doors should be cleaned of the bugs.

Our favorite!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Best OBX vacation yet! The he was clean and beautiful! We enjoyed the jetted tub,ping pong, Foosball table and most of all the location. Close enough to all of the action but tucked away just enough to have a peaceful time. We loved being on wate . The community pool and bay side beach also were a hit! Thank you to the homeowners and to Beach Realty! Beach Realty made things quick and easy!
