Welcome to the private boating community of Colington Harbour, where you will enjoy a stress-free vacation while staying at Southern Jewel. Sit back and watch the water in the canal, drop a pole and fish, or dip a line and crab right from your back door. Heck, bring your boat and pull it right up to your private dock. Don’t have a boat? This house is equipped with kayaks for your use!

Inside this beautifully designed home you will find a well-equipped kitchen with ample seating for meals and entertainment. Nice comfortable furniture and large TVs for your enjoyment. The bedrooms are perfectly designed for your quiet and comfortable slumber.
Outside, in addition to the water views and private dock, you can have fun in the private hot tub and entertain guests with the convenient Tiki Bar! Take a ride around the peaceful neighborhood on the bikes that are supplied for your pleasure.

You will enjoy spectacular community amenities including: a huge sound side park with sandy beaches, a playground, and sheltered picnic areas, a basketball court, tennis courts, outdoor swimming pools, and community clubhouse as well as a boat launch and boat slips for rent.
And don’t forget your pup is welcome too, as this house is dog friendly!

Great Getaway

We had a wonderful stay here! Enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, kayaking on the beautiful canals, and beautiful house. Kitchen and house was well stocked, minus no toilet paper at all to start out. Neighborhood was a great little place, has community pool and park, basketball and tennis, dog park and dog access to the water was a nice to have The only fault to the house was just not realizing that the 4th bedroom is really not really connected to the main house- you have to go outside to go down the stairs to the room on the bottom floor. The room itself was fine, just wasn't ideal for our situation, but it was fine in the end.Great house and would recommend for a nice quiet getaway!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall good. The house and views are fantastic. However, the porch door handle came off night one. The porch door needs work, sticks when opening. The ants are a problem! The master shower needs to be cleaned better, the mold and mildew show easily on the white tile. We still overall had a great time and vacation.
