Built into the side of a mountain, transcend down the steep outdoor stairs, and embark on your first adventure – a short hike to your getaway! There are approximately 60 steps to reach the house!

FULLY-EQUIPPED KITCHEN
Situated downstairs is the kitchen, which comes fully equipped with a wide range of essentials: pots, pans, bakeware, mixing bowls, dinnerware, a wine bottle opener, and even children's tableware. Head up the stairs to present your amazing dish.

Head upstairs and gather in the woodsy dining space, located on the main floor. Enjoy your meals surrounded by large windows, bringing a sense of nature inside! Circle around the dining table for shared meals and cherished conversations with your loved ones.

Guest Access:
The house is nestled in a unique setting, reached by way of a rocky pathway and a steep set of stairs leading down to the house. Please be mindful of thorny bushes, especially when carrying luggage, though we make sure to keep nature at bay. Once you arrive at the house, you'll have exclusive access to the entire property, including the washer and dryer, available for your use at any time during your stay. The entire space is yours to enjoy throughout your visit!

Located in the picturesque neighborhood, this Gold Camp area offers a unique blend of natural beauty and adventure. Nestled in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, this area boasts Colorado with easy access to hiking trails, making it a haven for outdoor enthusiasts. The neighborhood is characterized by spacious properties, mature trees all around, providing a tranquil retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life. Additionally, it's just a short drive into downtown Colorado Springs, offering a wide array of dining, shopping, and entertainment options. With its perfect balance of natural splendor and urban accessibility, Hiker's Hideaway is an ideal location for those seeking a harmonious blend of nature and convenience.

Discover grocery stores, shopping options, a variety of restaurants, and vibrant bars all conveniently located within a 10-15 minute drive.

Other Things to Note:
For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll provide details for completing the agreement. We look forward to hosting you!

For a seamless check-in experience, you'll receive a unique code via message along with your check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival. You'll use this code for keyless entry.

We've also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.

The property is situated in a somewhat challenging location. Prior to reaching the house, you'll navigate a rugged path and a steep set of stairs leading down to the house. so please exercise caution, especially when carrying luggage or hiking down with children.
