Smoking is not permitted in the unit. A minimum $250 penalty fee will be charged if smoking is detected during your stay.

Guests named on the reservation must be at least 18 years old and present throughout the duration of the stay.

Check-in time is at or after 4pm, and check-out is at or before 10am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

For your security and peace of mind, we have exterior cameras to deter package theft and prevent parties. Inside the unit, we use noise monitoring devices to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests. Please note that there are no cameras or audio recording devices inside the unit.

☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.

🐾 Pets: If you’re bringing your dog, we allow up to 2 dogs during your stay for a fee: $100 for the first dog and $100 for the second dog (max. 2 dogs unless otherwise approved). ⏰ Late Checkout Fee: Unauthorized late checkout incurs a fee of $20 per half hour late.

Location and view outstanding

A great location for us and the view of Pikes Peak from the front window was spectacular. The home is well appointed, beds were comfortable and neighborhood is quiet and felt safe. Cleanliness was an issue for the kitchen. The floor was filthy and the cabinets and stove had not been wiped down. The TV in the living room did not work and was tiny. This was puzzling as the front bedroom had a gigantic TV with all the channels. There is a great family room in the basement with TV and we enjoyed that for an occasional movie. However the main gathering room where the best view is has no workable entertainment..These issues are all fixable and it's a solid 5 stars if the kitchen cleaning and the inconvenience with the TV are addressed. Communication with host though sometimes slow was reasonable and they did attempt to remedy some issues. The company managing this property should complete an occasional inspection to check on the quality of the cleaning service.

This place was just great for our little family getaway. Host was great and stayed in touch. Everything was incredibly simple from checkin to checkout. Cozy and always felt at home.

Not my best VRBO experience

While the property was clean and the management was communicative, there were a lot of issues with this property. The listing claimed to be remodeled, but this was only done on the surface. The property itself was very old, complete with bad heating, very creaky floors, doors that wouldn’t shut, and not properly functioning appliances. The basement rooms were extremely cold while the rest of the house was hot and there were no extra blankets in the house. We were told by management there was nothing they could do. Also, the stairs were very steep and not great for small kids or older adults.

Clean and nice place to stay at. The kitchen had some extra snacks and beverages available, which was very thoughtful. We all enjoyed our stay.

My communication to manager about 1) dirty floors and dishes 2) lack of a skillet was promptly answered. Team came out next day and cleaned at floors again. Left dirty pans in cabinet. Did not deliver skillet. As a note: bar downstairs had no glassware or bar supplies. Kitchen had three large dirty pans, no skillets and Three coffee cups. Seriously people?

Colorado Springs getaway

The house was: • comfortably accommodating to 10 people with kids • close to all activities- pikes peak, garden of the gods, downtown Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs • The view of the mountain out the front window was incredible The house was not • cleaned very well prior to us arriving- all floors were not swept or mopped, the furniture was dusty, downstairs shower was not cleaned, trash was not emptied (and the bags were full)

Worst part of our trip!

If I could rate it a 0, I would. This stay was the worst part of our trip and became such an inconvenience. 1. Right off the bat, we noticed the floors were sticky, the grill seemed like it was never cleaned, there was still hair in the bathtub and on the toilets, and the dishes in the cupboard had to be washed in order to be used because they were not clean. 2. None of the doors closed properly! Only 1 of the 4 bedroom doors closed completely and both bathroom doors were difficult to close and even harder to open. There basically was zero privacy in the house. 3. House rules are misleading! Don't post quiet hours if there are none! We received multiple "noise detector" automated texts for laughing too loud in the evening (outside of the noted quiet hours). Then we received a call from California abouts noise. We started to receive multiple direct text messages from this company about our noise level exceeding decibels - all outside quiet hours and even once when WE WEREN'T EVEN IN THE HOUSE. 4. The most unprofessional part of our stay was a sofa delivery. We received a notice late Saturday afternoon that there would be a sofa delivery scheduled for 8:45am to 11:45am the next morning. The delivery guys came at 7:45am. For our last morning in the house, we had little access to the living/dining area due to the new sofa in the middle of the room. We do not recommend staying here. For frequent travelers, this was the worst experience any of us have ever had with VRBO.

This place was very clean and very spacious. Location is great and the Mountain View is a plus. Second time booking with this host and both times have been great I would definitely recommend booking here.

Family

This was an amazing little house and conveniently locted to where we wanted to be. It was a quiet neighborhood and we loved the fact that there was a backyard for the little ones. The downstairs was like it own little place for my sister to work or my children and I to go when my parents wanted to take a nap. My family would definitely recommend this place to anyone. The host were amazing and got back to us immediately, and even let us check in early. For sure would stay here again if e got the chance!

Wonderful home and location!

I stayed with my family for 4 nights and had actually extended our stay! The location was very convenient and everything was about 10-20 minutes away. Our host, Kaitlyn, was very attentive and welcoming! We definitely enjoyed our stay and plan on returning later on!

The house was perfect for our family in terms of size and convenience. It is close to all attractions and having Old Colorado City "down the road" was an added bonus. Kaitlyn, our host, was readily available and accommodating.

Perfect Location

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect. Everything we wanted to see was close by and Hwy 24 could be easily accessed. The beds we’re comfortable, everyone slept well and felt like they were at home. Kaitlyn was very helpful, shared a terrific site that was customized for the area, and quickly responded to any messages. We would definitely stay again.

Comfortable, convenient location and great views

The house is comfortable with mostly great furnishings. The location is really convenient with garden of the gods 5-10 mins away and a nice grocery store around the corner. And the view of Pikes Peak is perfect
