Renovated in 2023, pure bliss awaits on the spacious 30-foot balcony where you can sip your morning coffee and bask in the breathtaking water views - stunning sunrises are ensured! Discover a welcoming living area with cozy sofas throughout, colorful decor, and a smart TV (one of three) with streaming services to keep you entertained during your stay - this is the perfect place to unwind after a refreshing splash in the heated community pool. When mealtime comes, surprise everyone with exquisite homemade meals thanks to the well-appointed kitchen. Additional perks include a community outdoor shower, a private washer/dryer, a Pack-N-Play, a high chair, and central air conditioning.
This fantastic home away from home enjoys an unbeatable location steps from the beach and near restaurants, supermarkets, and must-visit attractions, including Northside Park, Old Pro Golf, Embers Island Mini Golf, Fenwick Island State Park, Jolly Roger Amusement Park, Trimper Rides of Ocean City, Paradise Watersports, and Freeman Arts Pavilion all within eight miles. Not to mention you'll be within walking distance of many popular local restaurants and tasting rooms.

All guests shall abide by Vacasaâs good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This condo includes gym access.
Three elevators are located in the building.
A griddle, Instapot, food processor, Keurig, coffee makers, waffle iron, crockpot, full-sized blender, two ice makers, hand mixer, and hairdryers are available for guest use.
The heated pool is open from May 28th through September 28th.
There is easy beach access along with a public wheelchair available on 89th Street.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
A $10.00 per night cash non-refundable building registration fee is due at Sea Terrace. This covers parking for one vehicle. Please ensure any necessary permit is displayed at all times.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 4.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
