The Sea Watch is one of the largest Condominium Buildings in Ocean City, and its Amenities are amazing. With 3 Swimming Pools, 3 Tennis Courts, a Basketball Court, a Game Room, a Playground, Fitness Center, and its own Movie Theatre....that's right, a Movie Theatre - there is NO better place to be in OC! Sea Watch Guests may enjoy free movies with only one catch - bring your own popcorn! And for your peace of mind, there are maintenance personnel and security available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Upon arriving at the Sea Watch, you will appreciate being able to park your car in the shade of the Covered Parking Garage with 7ft Clearance.

Outdoor seating makes it an awesome place to wake up and enjoy your morning coffee while watching the Dolphins play! On the opposite side of the Kitchen, is a fabulous place for the kids to relax when the adults are ready for a little quiet time. With its own Private Balcony Access, you can sneak out to catch a glimpse of the moon over the Ocean or start your day taking in the Sunrise before anyone else wakes. Just down the hall is the newly decorated and super comfortable Bedroom 2. Bedroom 2 will comfortably sleep 4, with a cozy Full Bed, a Twin Bunk, and another Flat Screen TV. A 2nd Full Bath with Shower/Tub Combo is conveniently located central to the Living Area, the Den and the Bedroom. The Sea Watch charges a Registration Fee per vehicle; $55 with CASH or $60 with card. There is a 7’ height maximum to enter the garage. Up to 3 vehicles with the exception of holiday weekends.
The outdoor pool is seasonal, Memorial Day to Labor Day. Indoor pool hours available upon request.
Seaside Vacations does not allow group rentals or rent to guests under age 25 - Families ONLY - No HS Senior Groups, Bachelor-Type Parties, etc. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.

There is absolutely NO Smoking or vaping permitted on property. Violations may lead to additional charges and possible eviction without refund.
