Quick Trip to AZ

The house was nice. I was given the wrong code for the lockbox. They said there was a lockbox to the right of the door, but there wasn't. There was only one on the front door and the code they gave me didn't work. I had to call & get a different code. The yard guy came to work in the back yard my first day there and was there from about 8:30 to 1. My plan was to relax by the pool & in the backyard most of my stay & definitely the first day or two because those were the hottest days I was there so that kind of took away the half of the first day. Overall the house is very nice.

Great Family Retreat

We had traveled to Phoenix as my brother had passed and my mother lives in an assisted living facility and her apartment is too small for guests. We needed a place where a few of us could gather and have plenty of room. This house was comfortable and spacious. The kitchen is very well stocked if you want to eat in or cook. We really enjoyed the pool and spent quite a bit of time in it. It was clean and refreshing. The beds were comfortable and the linens were quality. There was an extensive array of towels, pool towels, blankets, and pillows. We used the laundry facilities which were large and modern and worked well. We really couldn't find anything that we needed that wasn't stocked in the house. The neighborhood is gorgeous, safe, and very quiet. There is all the shopping you need close by with lots of great restaurants, coffee, fast food, etc. You are also not far from major freeways and it was very easy to find the house. Having a large garage was a huge plus as it's starting to get warm. There is a nice, large driveway and the ability to park quite a few cars. Would definitely rent again if we are in the Phoenix/Scottsdale areas. Lovely home with great amenities.

Great chill spot

Really no complaints here. The house is in a good location that is really safe and quiet. Very clean and plenty of space. The backyard is well maintained and a good spot to hang. Easy check in and check out process. Would stay again.
