We stayed at the home for a trip to Univ of TN with our two daughters and a friend. The house was much larger than we expected. Nice neighborhood, the only down side is it took a bit longer to get to the University than planned due to traffic. Great house though and we enjoyed. The beds were comfy and seems like you could have eight people easily in the home.
This space was so beautiful and comfortable for my dear friends who traveled very far to help us celebrate our upcoming big day! It was in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. We never heard a peep from the downstairs tenant. I am definitely recommending this home for my in laws when they come to visit in June for our wedding!!
Stayed with friend for a Tennessee football weekend. Great location. Property is nice and in a quiet neighborhood close to restaurants, shopping and the University of Tennessee campus.
I travel extensively and have never experienced this type of psychotic behavior. The homeowner actually lives inside of the house in the basement. He controls the thermostat remotely. The lowest I put the thermostat at was 70 degrees, and he started to harass me through text to turn the thermostat up. Ultimately he turned it up to 85 degrees while we slept. He also pounded on the door at 11:30 at night. We felt unsafe.
Perfect house for my family when we were down from MD to visit our son at UTK for family weekend. Bonus was a friendly cat that came to see us on the deck!
The home was so comfortable, clean and well appointed. Our work crew stayed there and said they would definitely stay again. Although the hosts live in the basement floor, they never heard a sound. The only way they even knew anyone was there is that they could see that the car was moved. Donât worry though, there is plenty of parking. The hosts are very responsive to any needs or questions about the area.
We would definitely check availability if weâre in the area again!!
