*The Blessed Way* Ready for your large group! 15 minutes to UT/Downtown
This home is located on a private road in a quiet cul-de-sac. With 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths 2 living rooms and 2 dining areas it can accommodate large groups. Back deck furnished with a gas grill. Centrally located to all Knoxville has to offer!
Perfect quiet neighborhood on the outskirts of west Knoxville. We thoroughly enjoyed the back porch for visiting and morning coffee. Fifteen minute drive into the city, depending on traffic. The owner and host are very attentive and available. Will definitely stay here again! As noted in previous reviews, the layout of the bedrooms is different. The bedroom with 2 queen beds is only accessible by walking thru another bedroom. Something to take in to consideration depending on your group.
Nice home and close to everything. Went down to purchase a vehicle and just stayed one night. Home was clean and in a cul-de-sac so, it was quiet as well.
Very comfortable and clean house, and host had everything we needed! Check with host first if you plan to have anything mailed or delivered to this address. We made the mistake of not checking first and a
Great kitchen for preparing meals for family or group gatherings. Loved the two gathering spaces. Great decor. Close to Interstate and shopping and restaurants. We couldn't have picked a better home for Knoxville events. Loved the decor. Enough space to spread out, yet coziness enough to feel like home.
This is the second time we have stayed here and we always enjoy our stay. Check in is super easy, there is plenty of space for all of us to be comfortable, and the neighborhood is quiet.
We enjoyed our stay at the Blessing Way house. Nice and roomy and very clean. Would definitely stay here again if Iâm back in this area. I highly recommend anyone to stay at this place.
Great house & great location! Some of our other teammates stayed across the street! It was perfect! We will rent again next time we play at Knox Sportspark.
We had 6 adults and 3 children staying with us for the wedding of our niece. With the location and amenities of this of this house, this house worked perfectly. I would use this house again should we need it . The deck was perfect for bringing out our little one for blowing bubbles!
We stayed in Blessed for the occasion of my sonâs wedding and very much enjoyed it. It was comfortable and clean and was close enough to everything we needed which made it easy to get around. The owner was very responsive, and a couple of tiny glitches were quickly taken care of. The âmiddleâ bedroom (you could only get to it through another bedroom) was a bit quirky, but we figured it out! There was plenty of room to hang out, and with 3 full bathrooms there were no problems with our large group getting ready. My sister and I even ran into the owner of the property down the hill and she gave us some good tips for a nice walk in the neighborhood. Very nice! I would stay here again!
It was a wonderful stay at this very comfortable home. As a group of men in town to work, the five queen beds was a unique and welcome arrangement. Plenty of seating and a well equipped kitchen made for a great stay. Brenda is a very responsive host that answered any questions very quickly. We would definitely stay again when in town.
This was a great house with plenty of space. The West Knoxville location is perfect and the check in and out process was flawless. I would stay here again in the future.
Perfect for grandparents, parents and other family to stay for my daughterâs graduation. All one level and lots of space! Very clean and well stocked. About 15 to 20 minute drive to UTK. Would definitely recommend.
This was a great option for our extended family to stay while visiting Knoxville for a wedding. All the bedrooms were large and comfortable. The bedroom layouts are a little strange, but it worked for our family. We appreciated that there was a portable crib. The family areas were nice with comfortable furniture. The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac close to grocery stores, restaurants, drug stores, convenient stores. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck. Very close to downtown and 30 minutes from the zoo. Could use some minor repairs (patio door very hard to open) and some visible wear and tear (master bathroom). I would stay here again.
