The beach view and accommodations were great! The overall stay was amazing for our family. Just a few small repairs are needed. Otherwise would love to book again.

Very Clean

This unit was perfect for our large group. Everyone had their own bed, which is great. The unit was very clean and well maintained. We had an excellent view of the beach and the pool. Would definitely stay here again.

We’ve stayed at another Pheonix here before but this one is by far better from the service and staff! Jill, the owner of our condo was prompt in responding when one of our toilet handles broke and there was a maintenance associate there to fix it within 2 hours. The kids loved the slide and lazy river! Will definitely stay again.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the 2nd year we have returned to Phoenix Orange Beach II. We really enjoy the location and the property amenities. The 3rd Floor unit wasn't my first choice but the floor location was a great advantage. We did have a few issues with the unit and it was reported to the manager and it took a few days to fix. Overall it was a great place to rent and we will be back.

Literally the only issue we had was no stopper in master bathtub. I sent a message on VRBO-with no response but it was not a deal breaker.

Perfect weather

This was a great stay because the weather was really nice and the location is good. The amenities all seem to be in good shape and we even were able to use the outdoor pool one day in February. The condo unit is nice but not as nicely furnished as others we have stayed in. Need more comfortable seating in the living area. Kitchen items such as silverware seemed to be on the low side. Overall it was a good stay though.

Family beach trip

We love this building and have stayed in different units in past! This was a great 4 bedroom unit and super convenient! We did have to wash our sheets on a few beds due to them being dirty and sandy which was a huge inconvenience! They definitely were not cleaned properly before we arrived. But other than that the unit was great!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The floors were so dirty our socks and the bottom of our feet were black. The rug was rolled up on the edges which caused a few of us to trip. Other than those two things the condo was great. The location was perfect and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Our family Thanksgiving

No batteries for all the remotes. Which we replaced. No remote at all for the family room and cable. Main bathroom toilet was dirty. Obviously no one had stayed there in a while and it was not checked.

Amazing

Wow. This listing is even better in person than in the pictures. The unit as well as the entire building is very clean and very well maintained. The indoor pool is very large and heated. The hot tub is also indoor. Access to the beach is easy, and just a short walk down the boardwalk. The beach is also well maintained and very clean, free of trash and debris. Soft white sand. Volleyball nets. And chair/umbrella rentals if needed. Working with the rental company, Phoenix, is extremely professional and thorough from start to finish. We loved our experience at this property and will definitely be coming back!

Loved our stay @ Phoenix II Orange Beach! We will definitely be back. Third floor was ideal especially the end condo. Lazy River & pool were Awesome and access to the beach the BEST! Communication was great! Ike's Beach Service was also great & easy to work with.
