Come see why this 5th Floor Phoenix Orange Beach II condo is the best for your family!

Our condo is perfectly situated on the 5th floor directly overlooking the Lazy River at Phoenix Orange Beach II with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! Avoid the elevators and park on the same floor as the condo!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room, Master bedroom and 3rd and 4th bedrooms. With over 2,000 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!

Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach II condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 55" SMART TV in the master, and a 55" Smart TV in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master and 2nd bedroom, two Queen beds in the 3rd and 4th bedrooms and a sleeper sofa for sleeping up to 14.

There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, large splash pad, heated in-door swimming pool, a large Jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.

There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach II with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $65 per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach II guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Memorable family vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: An outstanding venue for a memorable family vacation. The reservation and maintenance staff were very helpful. Kudos to Jil for her assistance. The two rented units were roomy, well furnished, and came with a great view of the beachfront. The only negative aspect of the overall experience was the additional fee ($55) charged for parking each car on the premises.

Wonderful Family Stay

Semi-Sweet Stay

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I love so many things about this condo- the location, the lazy river and splash pad, the square footage. If you want a simple, no-frills place to stay this will work. I am disappointed that the quality of the stay doesn't match the price. The closets in the master bedroom are small and there was random stuff stored there like old bedding and worn pillows, ironing boards and beach chairs. We did not have room for our suitcases. There were two thin blankets in the condo; it would have been nice to have soft fluffy blankets for everyone to cuddle up in as we watched movies at night. Also, the coverlets on the bed are thin. Bring your own plastic cups for drinks, there are none. Bring your own soap, shampoos, etc. The samples here are tiny and cheap. Bring your own games, books, etc. The floors were sandy when we arrived, there were multiple burned out lightbulbs, a leak under the sink and the freezer quit the day before we left. The kitchen is very minimal, with no platters or serving trays for food. We purchased several things we needed for cooking our meals. The single chair in the living area is broken and the couch was soiled. All this made our stay feel like we were living in lack instead of having a fabulous vacation. Unfortunately, when I called the office to report the major problems(at 8:00am before we started our last vacation day) they were not in the office. When I did take time to try them again in the afternoon they said they could not afford to replace damages and to put something under the sink to catch the leak, then accused me of not calling sooner. It felt very rude and unaccomadating.

The couch, throw pillows and a few things are showing some wear from being rented.Biggest issue is with the cleaning company. The area rug in the living room was full of sand and overall the condo wasn't as clean as I would have liked upon arrival. We would go back and rent this condo again.

Beautiful location, needs some furnishing updates.

Loved being on the 5th floor and walking straight out to my car instead of getting on an elevator. Lazy River and beach and pools were all very nice. Kitchen was well appointed. The beds, however, were very uncomfortable and most of us had aching backs at the end of a week. There were hardly any night stands or tables and no dressers in the 3rd and 4th bedrooms, so we had to keep everything in the floor. Needed more light rugs so not constantly on sandy tile.

Family vacation

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was a great vacation stay. There were a few things that could have been better. The dining table chairs were badly in need of repair and the chair cushions were very stained. A couple of the chairs we set aside to not use as we were afraid to fall through the seat. The first night we were there I noticed at bedtime that there was only a bottom sheet on the main room bed— no top sheet. This was corrected the next day with an e-mail to the manager and a new complete set of sheets was delivered to our room. The kids enjoyed the pool and slide. I like to hear the ocean waves coming to shore but they could not be heard over the noise from the lazy river and slide . So if that is what you also want to hear, this is not the condo for you

A great week with family

Nice location, dirty room

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great, however, the room itself was gross. The floors were so dirty they turned our brand new white socks black on the bottoms. The dish towels had not been washed, and there was still lint in the dryer. There was also sand in our shower still. The white couch and white dinner chairs were covered in food stains. The cabinets also still had supplies from the last stay still in them. For paying so much for a condo you’d think they’d have a decent cleaning team :/ I also tried to reach out via phone and email to the management to confirm some things before the stay and I had never heard back.

Clark was very accommodating to all of our requests during our stay. The condo is just as it is pictured online and conveniently located near many restaurants, grocery stores and churches. I was able to walk to Easter mass, the ice cream parlor and donut shop! The condo was clean and had all the pans we needed for cooking some dinners in as well. Would highly recommend staying here!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the unit was very spacious--but on closer inspection after w had checked in, the furnishings, i.e. the headboards on the beds, the chairs around the dining table were extremely flimsy . In the case of the dining chairs, several of the slats under the cushion were broken. Kitchen supplies were the absolute bare minimum (2 pots, 3 skillets-all small) appliances except the refrigerator were lower end. Television in bedroom was dish or amazon and wuld work sometimes then not work. Very limited on bathroom linens for a unit that adverties up to 12 people. Frankly, the other Phoenix bldgs are better supplied, and better built. Our first time in this bldg and our last. We wil go back to other properties that you rent. The saving grace was that it was quiet.

Also when I tried to communicate before my stay with the company via through email no one responded to me no until closer to the start of my reservation.

Lovely Vacation

We liked being able to park outside of our condo in the 5th floor. The staff was so helpful, and the property and condo were very very clean. We hope to stay here next year.
