Notre condo est parfaitement situé au 7e étage, coin est prisé, sans aucun bâtiment voisin bloquant la vue et donnant directement sur la piscine extérieure de Phoenix Gulf Shores. Nous avons également une serrure de porte d'entrée sans clé afin que vous n'ayez pas à garder de clés pendant votre séjour! Vous pouvez profiter d'une vue spectaculaire sur le golfe depuis le balcon ou à travers les fenêtres du sol au plafond dans l'unité. Avec plus de 1 980 pieds carrés, l'unité est très spacieuse et nouvelle sur le marché locatif !!

Les commodités sont nombreuses dans ce condo de Phoenix Gulf Shores: l'unité est équipée d'appareils électroménagers de grande taille, d'un bar avec machine à glaçons, d'une télévision SMART à écran plat de 60 pouces dans le salon et d'un téléviseur SMART à écran plat de 55 pouces dans le maître, d'un 42 pouces Smart TV dans la 2e chambre et un téléviseur SMART de 39 "dans les 3e et 4e chambres, buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur. Il y a un lit King dans le Master, deux lits Queen 2e, 3e et 4e chambres et un canapé-lit queen pour dormir jusqu'à 16!

Il y a une impressionnante piscine extérieure à entrée zéro avec un toboggan, une piscine intérieure chauffée, deux jacuzzis, un centre de remise en forme ultramoderne avec vue sur le golfe, des barbecues et un court de tennis.

Great place for a family vacation!!

Our entire family of 16 stayed in this beautiful condo!! Beautiful view of the beach and perfect spot on the balcony for the July 4th fireworks show! The kids loved the pools and waterslide! Will be booking again for future trips!

Amazing property in the best location. The rooms were clean, the kitchen and common area perfect for our group. Furniture is new or almost new, not dated like many units in this area. They have done a great job of making this rental a standout! Hope we can come back next year!

Great Condo and Great Views

There were 8 of us in this condo, however this place would easily fit 14. The views are amazing and everything was great. I will definitely keep this place in my favorites for future stays. The only things that could improve: fridge has seen better days and needs a refresh on the pans/saute pans.

Everything was good. We did feel there should have been a box of trash bags available, toilet paper, blankets and additional towels. Due to the size of this condo, you can assume larger groups will rent it out.

Awesome experience

Our stay was amazing. The property was very accessible. The location from the property to the beach was perfect and the pools were awesome. Our condo was spacious and had plenty of room for our family of 13. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and very helpful and responded immediately to any questions we had. We will definitely be back!!!

Spring Break

We had a great stay over our spring break. It was a group of 14 extended family members ages 73 to 13. The accommodations were great and we loved the view! We had one maintenance issue with a toilet that was fixed quickly! Would highly recommend that condo!

Beautiful Gulf Coast Condo

We just got home from a week stay at this beautiful condo. The location was perfect, the beach was gorgeous, and the condo was perfect for our family, with teens. The condo itself was super spacious, and being able to open the patio doors to the ocean every morning was spectacular. Bedrooms were perfect for our family, the beds were comfortable and there were plenty of televisions. If there was a negative, it would be the lack of basic supplies. We use VRBO often, are very used to starter sets of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap, etc. We were surprised that there were no spices (not a huge shock as this is semi-normal but not even salt and pepper,) no coffee filters, and no cleaning supplies (this one surprised me a little as I like to wipe surfaces down). My husband ended up buying a broom and dustpan because we had no way of sweeping the sand, other than a bulky vacuum. Again, it’s a small negative, but make sure you come prepared if you plan to spend a lot of time in the condo. All in all, this condo fit all our needs, was very comfortable, and we enjoyed our time in Gulf Shores a lot.

Wonderful place to stay

We loved the condo. Just be careful about charges from VRBO that won’t be listed on the Phoenix rental agreement. I believe that ALL charges should be listed on every agreement. That was the only grievance we had. Also VRBO was not friendly when we called to question the $431 fee from them.

One downside.....Beach was closed on our last day due to the Cov-19 manufactured pandemic. Upside.....several golf courses near by still open! Only legit complaint.....there is no real people readily available from Vrbo to answer questions or concerns in person.

1st Big Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Such a beautiful place to stay with great views all around. Very easy access to all the entertainment and restaurants. The management, front desk, and all the other staff personnel were outstanding. Everyone in our party was impressed with the condo. If I could give a recommendation though. The need of a new bed in the Master Suite and one of the other bedrooms. My wife and I felt as though we were going to roll out of the bed opposite sides, like it was raised in the center. All in all, though I would definitely recommend this condo to friends and family. Thank you for a beautiful place to stay for our 1st not last Big Family Vacation.

An Exceptional Property

Reviewer Comments: It was overkill for us size wise (3) but an opportunity that I am glad we didn’t pass up. A great building with a wonderful combination of beach and heated indoor pool. Sized for a much larger group, we wanted for nothing and what an extraordinary view!Gulf Shores isn’t much to write home about but who cares when “ home” is great. We used carry outs exclusively and why wouldn’t we? Good choice of seafood joints nearby and non could top our view!Sleeping arrangements here are not democratic, it is best if you are not trying to share costs. Best for a family gathering but be aware of the doubling up and shared bath. However, it is good if your are the host and get the master bedroom!
