C'est une unité premium et l'un des meilleurs de Phoenix West !!!

Phoenix West est l'un des condominiums les plus luxueux du golfe! Vous pouvez profiter d'une vue spectaculaire sur le golfe depuis votre balcon ou par les baies vitrées du salon et de chaque chambre. Avec plus de 2600 pieds carrés, l'unité est très spacieuse et a les meilleures vues à Orange Beach !!

L'unité est décorée de façon professionnelle avec de gros appareils en acier inoxydable, des armoires personnalisées, un bar avec machine à glaçons, un téléviseur haute définition à écran plat 60 pouces dans le salon avec télévision à écran plat dans les chambres, une buanderie avec une laveuse et une sécheuse. La chambre principale et la deuxième chambre ont des lits king size tandis que les 3ème et 4ème chambres ont des lits queen. Il y a aussi un canapé-lit Queen dans le salon si vous avez besoin de plus d'espace.

Il y a une rivière paresseuse, un toboggan aquatique, une piscine extérieure avec une pataugeoire clôturée, une piscine intérieure chauffée, deux jacuzzis, un centre de remise en forme ultramoderne, 4 saunas et des courts de tennis sur le toit.

Il y a une limite d'âge minimum de 25 ans pour réserver l'unité qui sera appliquée sans remboursement pour violation.

Stationnement: Vous devez acheter vos laissez-passer de stationnement à votre arrivée. Ils sont facturés une fois pour 35 $ par véhicule. Si vous louez une unité de 4 chambres à Phoenix West, vous pourrez acheter jusqu’à TROIS laissez-passer de stationnement. La réception vous vendra des laissez-passer supplémentaires en fonction de l’occupation du complexe pendant votre séjour, mais ne vous attendez pas à pouvoir en acheter. l'été.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is my 3rd year of staying at the Phoenix West with friends. We love the location, safety, staff,the view, cleanliness of the property, amenities and that's just the beginning. Everything you need is close. Walmart/Publix for your groceries or many excellent restaurants. The 4 bedroom condos are the best! Each of us had our own bedroom with bathroom, TV, and ceiling to floor windows with a sliding door to step out on your own little balcony. Each has a view of the Gulf. The main balcony is the best place to relax and enjoy the sounds of the waves. The kitchen is top notch with everything you need to prepare meals, if that's how you roll. You don't need to over pack with the large washer and dryer to use. The lazy river and outside pool area have an abundance of floaties and loungers to use. Inside the pool and hot tubs are a nice way to end a day of activities. You won't believe just how nice this place and area is, don't hesitate to try it!!!

Family Spring Break for Our Family of 8!

This unit was perfect for our family. Each bedroom with its own bathroom was very nice and comfortable. Views from every room were amazing. Our little and big kids loved the unit and building amenities. Parking garage was easy to navigate.

Corner Unit

Huge condo with great natural light in all the rooms. Lazy river and swimming pools are excellent. The view from the balcony is breathtaking.

Everything was perfect! The only thing I would have like to have been more prepared for is one set of elevators for entire property. It got crowded at times, mainly end of day when everyone was coming in/up from beach/pool

Family getaway

Great location and view from oceanfront and 24th floor. Disappointed in the lack of basic unit supplies- garbage bags, paper towels, laundry and dishwasher soap. For these nightly rates i would have expected a unit with much better suplies being furnished.

Great family stay

The property was great to accommodate a large family group. The building AC didn’t work for half of our week which was difficult. The managers offered and delivered a few box fans to help with the heat. It was fixed before we left so I assume it will not impact other renters. Be aware that there is not even salt and pepper in the kitchen or filters for the coffee pot. Bring every single thing. They need to address lack in cutlery and fix the refrigerator. Several shelves need to be replaced. When stocking food for that many people for a week, you need the shelves. The view is great and it is very quiet for being in a large building that was full of people. Beds are comfortable.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great view, plenty of seating, was clean, and had the number of rooms and baths we needed. However, the master bedroom mattress was so uncomfortable we woke up with a headache and back ache everyday. Time for an upgrade. For that reason only I would not suggest this unit. We have stayed at these properties many times it is in a great location.

Great stay!

We really enjoyed Phoenix West and this unit. The refrigerator didn’t cool very well, and the wifi didn’t work well for us. This is the only place we’ve stayed where parking passes were $50+. But we really enjoyed the lazy river and pool/slide area.

There were white stains on the master bed comforter (bottom side) and headboard. I could not make coffee with my Kcups. The rug entering the Condo is dirty.

Dusty, light bulbs needed replacing in some rooms, fridge wasn't cooling as well as it should have, and floors were very gritty in every room.The furniture was pretty scratched up. For the cost paid I wasn't as satisfied as I have been in other condos. However,with better attention to housekeeping I would recommend this unit.

Perfect location spot for our family

We stayed with another family and the children were between ages of 15 and nine. This facility has so much to offer. We loved it and would definitely stay again. The only issues we had were the refrigerator seemed pretty old and that it needed to be replaced also, it would be nice if they had more bath towels, dish towels and hand towels or if we knew ahead of time and we could always pack additional items.

Lots of room for family

Loved the location. Beds were nice and rooms were set up nice. Balcony was great, one door was hard to get open. The only negative I have is that the oven did not work very good at all. Would recommend for a large group of people. Also, we were worried about the roof repairs but even with the construction elevator right outside our bedroom balcony door they only went up in the mornings and down in the evenings, didn’t make a lot of noice.

Even Better than advertised

We loved our stay. We are 4 retired couples from all around the country who have reunited once a year for the past 10 years. We met while stationed in Hawaii so the beach is often a part of our connection. The unit was beautiful with great views. The location is convenient to restaurants & night life. A one word description is Awesome!

Orange beach is a dream

We enjoyed our stay. Corner condo that had great views. My only critiques are that condo needed some simple updates/replacements to it. The hallway toilet’s seat was cracked bad enough if you sat on it, it pinched. Cleanliness was okay/wasn’t the best. We found an eaten sucker stick laying on the floor of the master bedroom. Toilet seats had spots on them and we told ourselves they were cleaning marks. There were some arm chairs that the leather was peeling off that some simple covers from Amazon could spruce up. There were minor stains on the sofa and rugs. One of the barstools was falling apart/not fit for seating. Again, small/things that did not take away from the stay; it was a beautiful condo with lots of space.
