Come see why this 24th Floor Phoenix Gulf Towers condo with unbelievable unobstructed views is the best for your family with its amazing views of the Gulf!



Our condo is perfectly situated on the 24th floor coveted East corner with incredible views of sunrises and sunsets! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom, and 3rd and 4th bedrooms. With over 2,000 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Towers condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 75” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 58" SMART TV in the master, and a 58" Smart TV in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a king bed in the master, 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, the 4th bedroom is appointed with two Queen beds and two bunked twins.
We also have a queen sofa sleeper in the living room for sleeping up to 14.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, large splash pad, heated in-door swimming pool, large jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Gulf Towers with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $70 per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix Gulf Towers guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Beautiful place

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. We had 14 family members and it never felt cramped. The cousins especially loved the bunk room where they all slept. The floor to ceiling windows with the view are breathtaking. It was nice having a ramp for our beach cart. We will definitely stay here again.

Great Condo for adults and kids

The property was beautiful and very nice. The pool area was very usable and the kids loved it. They could take a break from the beach and have fun in the lazy river or the big slide. Parking was plentiful and a quick access to the elevators was nice for loading and unloading. The condo and other areas were very well kept. Ice maker at bar was a blessing with 10 people in the condo. Bring extra towels and wash cloths only 4 per room unless you want to do laundry every day.

Our only issues were 1) the dryer buzzer sounds like it’s drying to wake the dead. It buzzes for at least a minute straight at an unreasonable volume. We accidentally did clothes early the first day and woke the entire condo. 2) the tv in the den cannot maintain a volume.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 12 stayed at Phoenix Towers in unit 2404. This unit is over 2000 sq.ft. of beauty and convenience. All four bedrooms have their own bathroom. One of them also has a door to the hallway. This unit's balcony is spacious and well stocked with a bar height 4 seater table, a 6 top picnic style table, two Adirondack chairs with a small table. The spectacular view is all the way down the beach to the East and to the West. The living/dining spacious area has two walls of beautiful windows and views. We had 7 adults and 5 children ages 2 - 11. Everyone was comfortable! They have a well stocked bar area and kitchen with appliances and kitchen tools/utensils/dishes/drinkware/silverware, etc. The reception hosts were fantastic. The security personnel were very accommodating, pleasant and vigilant about keeping us safe in the parking area and in the recreation areas. The boardwalk to the beach is very nice. The chairs and umbrellas available for rent on the beach were great. There was also plenty of room if you have brought your own. Children and adults had so much fun on the waterslide, and in the lazy river. The indoor pool will be excellent for rainy days. Access to stores and eateries of all types are nearby.
