Guest Access:
🔑Guests will receive a personal access code 24 hours before arrival. This code unlocks the keypad on the front door. A physical key will be available on-site as a backup in case of any technical issues.

We really enjoyed our stay. We brought friends from PA for their 1st visit to Charleston. The home was very clean, comfortable, spacious, and close to everything. Josh communicated quickly before and during our stay. The parking was also safe and convenient. We will definitely stay again.

So cute! Spacious. Great layout. Perfect place to stay for a weekend in Charleston. Only thing I could say is fridge could be colder and dryer doesn’t work well. We will be back!

The property is terrific. It is nicely decorated and well appointed with everything you need, although the Wi-Fi could use an upgrade. It is close to many excellent restaurants and entertainment venues on King Street. The only draw back is the noise coming from the local bar scene on Friday and Saturday nights and the construction site across the street. The owners have addressed the bar issue with a white noise machine that really works. It will be a plus (and the property will deserve five stars) when the construction is completed as it starts early in the morning and can be disruptive during the day if you need to work during your stay.

The good: Location couldn't have been more convenient and the style of the place was really cool with much of the original evident. It was clean, comfortable and well stocked. The weather was perfect for a lot of walking, which we did.The less than good: Dead coffeemaker on arrival. Though the first morning was a struggle, it was replaced that day. The secondary door had been left unlocked and we didn't realize until our third day.Internet is pretty weak and wouldn't even allow the main tv to connect the first day. There is no ice maker and the freezer is largely frosted over.Most of that is nitpicking a little and didn't measurably affect the enjoyment of our trip. But the very early morning noise level did. Our final evening we experienced a number of really loud noises from a variety of trash pickup services and the heavy construction going on directly across the street. This began about 4:30 am and completely eliminated further sleep.All in all it was an enjoyable trip, but the location does have some things to be aware of.

Charming! Everything about Charleston including the apartment/condo!’
The condo/apartment is charming, spacious and exceptionally clean. It’s within walking distances to many eating establishments and short Lyft rides around town. I would recommend this VRBO to everyone we know. We appreciated the flexibility the host offered us. We arrived earlier than the checkin time and he was Accommodating and we were allowed to check in esrly.

Love this Restored Condo.
Beautifully restored condo. Close to King St and plenty of restaurants and bars.
Only drawback, is that on the weekend the music from the local bars is very loud. But I'm old. May not be an issue for others.
