A fully equipped kitchen and thoughtfully designed layout make it easy for families or groups to enjoy both shared moments and private downtime.

This three bedroom, two bathroom third floor unit sits within a charming three story home that includes six private condos. It's a perfect choice for groups who want to stay close while still enjoying the comfort and privacy of their own suite. With inviting design and comfortable furnishings, the unit provides a peaceful home base for relaxing between Charleston adventures.

This unit is fully licensed and legal with the City of Charleston under STR Operational Permit OP2024-05394 and business license BL034115.

Guest Access:
🔑Guests will receive a personal access code 24 hours before arrival. This code unlocks the keypad on the front door. A physical key will be available on-site as a backup in case of any technical issues.

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building outdoors.


🧳 Luggage Drop-Off:
For guests arriving early or departing late, complimentary luggage drop-off is available upon request, so long as the home is clean and empty the night before arrival or the night after departure. Please reach out 24 hours before arrival or departure to confirm availability.

Our home is in a vibrant neighborhood just steps from King Street’s dining and nightlife. While that energy is part of the experience, city noise may be heard. Please be advised that:
⭐️ A local noise ordinance is in effect from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
⭐️ Guests must be respectful of neighbors during these hours.
⭐️ We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are to be expected of the location.
⭐️ By booking, you acknowledge and accept this city setting and the potential for ambient noise.


🧑‍🔧 To help us ensure a great stay, guests must allow us the chance to address any issues during their visit.

Convenient location and comfortable spaces

I wanted my two daughters to see the Charleston that I love, and having one of them Uber efficient made this location easy to get to all the places we wanted to see in a 3 day weekend stay. The one negative was being on the 3rd floor and lugging our suitcases up the narrow stairway. Comfortable beds and good linens - always a plus.

The parking space was hard to access, but there was plenty of street parking available right after New Years for my Mom’s milestone birthday trip. Would definitely stay again. Lots of natural light and plenty of room for at least three or four adults. We were able to walk to a couple cool restaurants and weren’t too far from the historic areas. My Mom loved it and you will too.

Fun stay in historic Charleston

This property was clean, the hosts were easy to communicate with and helped us out with a few things during our stay. The furniture/beds were not comfortable and the neighborhood was noisy and far from the quaint historic district. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the hosts.

This property was very comfortable, clean and spacious. It was a little northwest of the “action” in Charleston but we were still able to get to our various destinations with a quick Uber ride or longer stroll. It was perfect for a gathering of old friends.

Nice space within walking distance to Downtown Charleston. Kitchen has everything needed for preparing simple meals. Contact with the hosts was extremely easy and responses were timely. I would definitely stay again.

Girl’s Getaway

This unit was nice and met our needs. It is on the 3rd floor so we got in a good workout unloading and loading our luggage and provisions. :-) It is walkable to King St but if you wanted to go beyond King St. you could order a ride share or drive and park. The only downside is parking for the 3B unit. There is no way you can get a vehicle in that spot. Street parking was the only option for us and we were not initially given a street parking pass upon check-in, even though it was requested in advance. By the next morning they had provided us a parking pass and we had no issues after that. Overall, I would recommend this unit to others.
