In addition, being within a resort, you can enjoy all its amenities, such as the pool, tennis court or gym.

The Space:
This beautiful home is located within The Villa at Seven Dwarfs resort and has everything you need to comfortably accommodate up to 9 people. It is furnished and decorated in a modern style.

On the ground floor you can enjoy a bright room. In addition to the dining room and kitchen fully equipped for cooking and eating at home, you will find the bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.

You will have 3 rooms. On the ground floor there will be the room with a king bed for two people and on the first floor you will find the themed rooms that will allow you to rest enjoying the magic of your favorite characters.

Mickey's room has a queen bed and a single bed where 3 people will sleep comfortably.
A Mohana themed room with queen bed and single bed that can accommodate another 3 people.

You can also use the personal washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, TV and parking at no additional cost.

Guest Access:
The house is located in Seven Dwarfs, a gated community, safe and conveniently located just minutes from the main theme Parks like Disney, Universal, SeaWorld and others.

You will be able to access our property easily and comfortably through a personalized code, so you will not have to wait for a key to be delivered to enter.

Depending on the availability of reservations, we can accommodate your entry and exit times. ¡ask for an early check-in and a late check-out!

You can make use of all the amenities and products that are inside the house, at no extra cost, as well as enjoy the shared facilities of the resort

It is worth clarifying that, being a gated community, you may have to present your booking confirmation when you enter the complex for the first time.

In the case you enter driving a car you must present your valid license and vehicle registration to the security personnel.

The Neighborhood:
Our property is located in the Villas at Seven Dwarfs. A beautiful gated community ideal for vacations. This community offers a variety of exciting recreation and activity options for all ages, including a playground, fully-equipped gym, library, children's splash pad, beach volleyball court, basketball and tennis court, game room and pool.

Getting Around:
To enjoy the trip more, we recommend having a car to move to the main attractions and go shopping. If you don’t have one, we can suggest renting a car or using an Uber. Within the resort, you can choose to take comfortable walks to go to the shared amenities such as the pool, the courts, etc.

To make the most of your stay you will have our attention 24/7, in case any problem we can assist you on the place. We will provide basic supplies when you arrive at the property as well as bed sheets and towels (does not include replacements).

Other Things to Note:
This property has some house rules, not complying with them may imply fines that will be added to your account. We will tell you little so that you take them into account:

- Only the number of guests specified in the reservation is admitted.
- If you want to check in after the established hours from 4pm to 9pm it will not be a problem. But you must confirm your arrival time so that an agent is waiting and assists you in everything you need regarding the check-in process.

You can enter independently, through the smart lock

- In case you enter late at night after our hours (4pm to 9pm), without prior notice and confirmation from our team, no refunds or discounts prevail. The guest agrees to follow the check-in procedures.
- It establishes a quiet time from 10 pm to 8 am, so no disturbing noise or parties are allowed.
- Smoking of any kind is not allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis or the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited in the house.
Smoke fine of $250 will be charged.
- Our property does not allow pets. If you bring a pet without authorization, there is a fine of $200 plus any fines requested by the Resort.- It is not allowed to park in the green spaces or in any other space that is not intended for such use.
- Domestic garbage should be taken to the containers located in the surroundings.
- You can’t leave trash on the porch, courtyard or sidewalk, the community applies fines.

The association doesn’t provide garbage collection service, you must deliver your regular garbage to the garbage compactor located near the house.

- The bed linen and towels must be in the same conditions with which you received them. Any damage to these will be added to your account.

-Forgotten items: When requesting the return of a forgotten item, its return has an administrative cost of $150 dollars, plus the corresponding shipping cost. This total amount must be paid in advance to proceed with the return of the object.

Basic supplies available at the property are complimentary for the first days of your stay. It is recommended that you purchase everything necessary for your comfort.
