Villas at Seven Dwarfs 4BR, 3B, WiFi, 15min DW

This will be the prefect house for your family and friends to enjoy their Florida vacation.

Our property features 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. One kid’s Stitch theme room has one twin bed and one full size, and flat screen TV.

Second Lion King room has two twin beds and flat screen TV.
Our house has two ensuite bedrooms, one on the first floor and other on the second floor beside the kids rooms with new queen bed mattresses for your comfort. Both ensuite bedrooms have 32” flat screen TV’s.

We also offer long distance call nationwide (USA and Canada) for free.
The Living-room has a 55” smart TV with HD cable

The kitchen table can easily sit 6 people.
The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you need in order to be able to feed all your guests. There is as well a new dishwasher in order to make you stay easier.

There is a new stackable washing machine and dryer in our unit.

We also provide a free High chair, two pack-n-plays, three umbrella strollers, and a safety baby gate with electric outlet covers to have a comfortable stay and for you to travel light, along with electric outlet covers.

The community is rated 5* and is one of the best around Disney. It does offer security 24/7. A huge heated pool with lounge chairs. A splash park (New in 2014 !!), Pool tables, gym, lighted basketball court, tennis court, beach volleyball court and pickleball court a nice play ground for the kids ... It is paradise !!!

We had a wonderful stay at peek a boo villa. It was clean and well cared for. Communication with the owners was fantastic! We had plenty of room when family came to visit. Love having four bedrooms and three baths! We love the pool, hot tub area and pickleball courts and the close proximity to Disneyworld and Disney Springs. We would definitely stay here again!

1st trip to Disney World.

Great property for families. The pool was awesome, the kids would have stayed there the whole trip! Plenty of room, easy check-in/check-out, and conveniently located.

Close to Theme Parks

We would stay here again. It has a lot to offer for all ages within the community; pool, very nice splash pad and basketball courts, and it is close to the theme parks. It is also close for shopping adventures as well. Check the HOA, they do not allow vehicles with writing on them. I would recommend to family and friends.

Overall a good location and townhouse

I have stayed at 4 VRBO properties when going to Disney. For the price this one is pretty good overall. The location has an active security guard which was nice. The facilities are older it has everything needed especially when the focus is going to the parks.It’s not a modern updated townhouse but the beds are comfortable which makes a high difference. The pictures are also accurate.

Memorable First Family Visit

Thanks so much to Oscar and John for being gracious hosts of the cozy, clean and comfy Seven Dwarf Villa for our first family trip to Disney and Universal. The check in was seamless and John was welcoming and accommodating to our travel schedule. The community property was also very pleasant and peaceful after the long day. I’ll definitely book with them in the future and highly recommend you book here as well.

Very good

The house was clean, nice, big, and comfortable. The property manager always responded quickly. The only issue was that the oven didn’t have any baking trays, and since the owner wasn’t near Orlando, we had to buy one. But overall, everything was very good. They also gave us an extra night for free, which was great!

Nice Place / Great Location

We stayed on a recent trip to Disney. 4 adults and 2 children. Townhome was plenty big enough. The place itself is a little dated, bathrooms and kitchens seemed a bit old. Floors were also a little dirty upon checkin. My wife vacuumed quickly and it was fine. Hosts are very responsive and accommodating. They include pack n play, high chair and gate. The resort is very nice. The kids loved the splash pad and pool. Location is great to get to parks. All are within 20 minute drive. Overall, it wasn’t the best place we stayed at in Orlando area but certainly not the worst. It’s a pretty good value so our return would depend on price.

Oh TWOdles!!

We booked this home to take our son to Disney for his 2nd birthday. The house is absolutely PERFECT for a family and the location couldn’t be any more convenient! Oscar and John were so kind and communicative, they even had outlet covers ordered and mailed to the property which were there when we arrived. They have everything you could need including a pack n play which made the load in the car far less cramped for the 10 hour drive down. The house was clean and super comfortable. The appliances were immaculate (although we didn’t do any cooking because we were on the go all week), and the kitchen was fully equipped. It came with linens, paper products, and any essentials you might need. The community is gated and staffed 24/7 and is quiet. The pool and splash pad area were GREAT! Our favorite part of the home was the original artwork throughout! We had the best little get away with our family of 4 and we cannot WAIT to be able to go back! We certainly feel grateful to have found this little gem to add to our list of favorites for our yearly trip down to visit family and the most magical place on earth! We cannot say enough good things about our host family and this property! Thank you again for sharing your family’s vacation home with us!

Nuestra estadia fue desde Dec 21 al Jan 02 , la comunicacion con los duenos estaba super cualquier pregunta te contestan rapido y check-in es rapido,la casa tiene las todas las comodidades necesarias y los producto para usar durante tu estadia.los ninos les encato el tema de sticht en el cuarto,lo unico que sera una buena option son cortinas para la sala,cocina y bano ariba para mas privacidad.de seguro seria una option para volver quedarse.

Our house is known as the family house, because it’s the only place two sets of grandparents stay with their grandchildren at the same time. We hope you enjoy the time there with family and friends as we do.

Our resort is a beautiful and secure place to take an early morning or late night walk or run, with many amenities for your family to enjoy those days not at the parks. We enjoy being close to all the parks and short distances to many restaurants, Sam’s Club's lowest gas prices, Super Target, and other tourist attractions. Unfortunately, no vehicles with pictures or writing on the outside are permitted to enter or park in the community.

We tried to create a nice place but not so nice your family doesn’t feel comfortable staying there. It’s not a hotel it’s family’s house willing to share it with your family, please treat it like your own and come back.
