The space
Welcome to our charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom rustic retreat nestled in the heart of the picturesque Pocono Mountains. Tucked away in a tranquil gated HOA community, our cozy abode offers the perfect blend of modern comfort and rustic charm.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by the warm ambiance of the wood-paneled walls and the inviting fireplace in the spacious living room. Sink into plush sofas and unwind after a day of exploring the natural beauty that surrounds our retreat. Large windows let in the soft, natural light, allowing you to connect with the serene outdoor landscape.

The fully-equipped kitchen boasts modern amenities while maintaining its rustic appeal. Whip up delicious meals and gather around the dining table with family and friends for memorable feasts. Alternatively, take advantage of the barbecue grill on the outdoor patio for al fresco dining, surrounded by the soothing sounds of nature.

Guest access
Guests have accessibility to the entire home except for the Locked doors for the cleaner.
Other things to note
Pets are allowed an additional fee of $50/per stay/pet. Please note while pets are allowed, you must keep a close eye on them so as to not damage any furniture or anything else in the house.

Community guidelines:

Swimming is NOT allowed in the lake.
We do not provide life jackets!


Community amenities (weather permitting):


Beach/pool access: $12/day per person 3+ years old gets you access to all pools, lakes, mini golf, and canoes in the community.

We are located in a private gated community which requires you to fill out a guest registration form for security and/or emergency purposes. Guest registration form will ask for full names and ages of each guest in your party. It will also require vehicle and driver information including but not limited to license ID number for the main registrant and plate numbers for each vehicle entering the community. Names on submitted forms MUST match the legal ID of the person driving.

Any last-minute bookings within 3 days of check-in will be subject to a $75 late fee imposed by the community.

Please be advised that we provide a starter pack of household essentials like;
paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish detergent, and if the house is equipped with a dishwasher, washer, and dryer there are cleaning agents for those as well. We highly encourage you to please bring your own supply if you are staying for more than a weekend and/or you are traveling with a large party.


The house is equipped with cooking ware such as pots pans, plates, utensils baking dishes, etc and guests are responsible for grocery items.


The Homeowner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises or it's facilities. The Homeowner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
