Notre chalet est charmant, pittoresque et confortable avec une cour arrière ombragée. C'est parfait pour les escapades romantiques ou les vacances en famille. La maison est à une cinquantaine de mètres du quai où vous pouvez regarder le lever du soleil tout en dégustant votre café du matin. Une plage de sable permet un accès facile dans et hors de l'eau que vous preniez des kayaks, des bateaux, ou une chambre à air, ou patauger dans notre lac baignable. Il y a même un sauna juste à côté du pont avec une belle vue sur le lac. Nous fournissons même une variété d'huiles essentielles pour ajouter à l'expérience de sauna! Après avoir profité du lac, vous pourrez vous détendre sur le hamac ou faire griller des guimauves au foyer. Nous fournissons même du bois de chauffage!

L'intérieur de la maison a une sensation très chaleureuse et accueillante qui fait fondre votre stress.

Que vous souhaitiez vous asseoir près de la cheminée et lire un bon livre, jouer à des jeux de société avec votre famille et vos amis, regarder Netflix ou des films de notre collection de DVD classique, nous essayons de vous fournir tout ce dont vous avez besoin. .

Nous fournissons 5 badges pour profiter de nos équipements communautaires ... piscine, plage et terrain de jeux, tennis et terrains de basket-ball (même patinoire en hiver) qui est de l'autre côté du lac en bateau ou à moins de 2 mile drive.

Nous sommes à 10 minutes en voiture de Shop Rite, WalMart, restaurants, golf, et plus encore. Et 20 minutes (ou moins) à Camelback (ski / parc aquatique), les parcs aquatiques du Kalahari, The Crossing outlet centre commercial. Une partie de nos instructions "Check-in" est la liste de plus de 75 choses à faire dans la région.

Peaceful getaway

We had a wonderful week at the lake. The videos the owner shared helped know the layout and what we were to expect. The owners were quick to respond with any questions along the way. The one challenge we faced was limited food storage ( we make all meals at home) but we managed through it. The kitchen was stocked with every pot/pan/serving platters you can think of. Lake was beautiful and so peaceful. We enjoyed using the paddle boat and kayaks. Definitely a location to keep in mind for a return visit.

Owners responded to emails in a timely manner. Damp musty smell throughout the house. Floors were not clean. Bathroom needs work. Lake looked beautiful but difficult to swim in due to shallow water level, rocks and weeds. Fishing was poor

Family vacation

We always stay on a lake for a week in the summer. We actively go out on boats, ATV’s, horseback riding, ziplining and whatever we can find to do!

Excellent location and cabin

We took a quick getaway for the family, and am so happy that we picked to stay here. Everything was as described and there was ample room for everyone. The lake was beautiful and quiet. Great place. Highly recommended.

Great stay at a great location/house.

My brother and I took our father away for his birthday and we had a great time. Nick and Jill were great and very responsive with any questions that we had. The house was great and we spent a lot of time enjoying the lake and exploring the surrounding area. Overall a very fun and relaxing week!

Our third time renting this house. That says a lot. We love the lake view, large dock, comfy house, all wonderful amenities, etc. Will book it again!

Great Time

Stayed with wife, 2 kids and 2 dogs for 1 week, loved the house (right on the lake). I think the owner does a great job maintaining the property (kayaks,pedal boat and so much more fun things). I would definitely rent this house again and would recommend anyone thinking about it to do it.

Fun lakeside place to stay

We wanted a basecamp to explore the Poconos. We actually spent the majority time at the rental. It had everything we'd want to do: boating, relaxing by a fire. A swing seat to sit and watch the lake. The renters did an excellent job with instructions, and we had no problems during our stay. I highly recommend this place.

January Weekend

House was a good size for two adults, a teenager and a small dog. Dog-friendly rentals can be hit or miss but this one was very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed looking out on the frozen lake sitting by the fire. Location of house is a bit of a drive from the gate to the community, but it was fine as we weren't going in and out very much and it was worth it for the quiet street and lakefront property.

Lake life is best

My husband & I enjoyed our stay at this quaint lakefront home. We enjoyed our morning tea/coffee on the dock overlooking the lake, breakfast on the porch deck, naps in the hammock, kayaking & making dinner on the fire pit. Home is a little outdated but clean & homey. Owner was great to work with; very clear with instructions & professional. Neighborhood is older & some owners do not upkeep their homes. That’s a shame because it’s a nice community with many amenities.

cozy, quaint, totally comfortable and relaxing.

The cabin had everything we needed for a week-long stay. Blankets and pillows were provided (but we brought our own as well). The kitchen is well-stocked with cooking utensils, plates, & cups. The backyard view is wonderful, with a beautiful sunrise over the lake and the neighborhood deer coming by to munch on the grass for breakfast. We especially like the fact that there is a sandy "beach" slope to get into the lake- not just a dock. We have an older, arthritic dog, and she was able to comfortably walk down into the water for her swims. The few steps up from the backyard to the deck, and the main floor bedroom, were also much appreciated by our pup. We are already planning our next trip!

Fall Getaway

Started out with a bump! Got there and there was no running water. Had to call owner and he had to call water company. So I had to wait for them to arrive and figure out the problem and of course could not use the bathroom. Took a bit but problem resolved. I have used VRBO 3 times now and each time there was a problem at the property. Last time got a cabin with a hot tub that didn't work. Owner said would get fixed but of course was not. Little things can really put a damper on a trip. Hopefully next time ALL will be good.

The Serenity and Calm We Needed

Nick and Jill have a magnificent place to let you rest and relax in the beauty of nature. We spent 6 nights and just didn't want to leave. Our pup, Quinn, thought the deer were dog buddies and was jealous to have to stay inside as we hand fed them apple slices. We needed to contact Nick a few times and he was always gracious and quick to reply and extremely helpful and patient. We highly recommend staying at their property. It was a joy and we look forward to returning as soon as possible!

Upon arrival we we were welcomed by a very clean house with an amazing view of the lake. The property manager was quick to respond with any questions. The cleaning service they use is top notch! We plan on a return!

Camp Weekend

The check in process was BRUTAL, the property was nice, but not much privacy with neighbors 10’ away on both sides. My kids first comment upon entering was that the place smells like cigarettes. We left the next morning and drove home instead of completing the weekend.

Cozy and Warm

Stayed here with family, place was warm and cozy. firewood was fully stocked and came in handily. Enough space for all of us. Description of home was very accurate, and homeowners were more than helpful to all our needs and responded very quickly to all our questions. I def will be staying here again!!

Staying at a lake

This particular lake was quite unique because it was extremely shallow. It was perfect for young children who are just learning to swim. No motor boats are allowed or sailboats. The lake accommodates rowboats (with small electric motors), kayaks, paddle boards, canoes, paddle boats. Without the noise of motorboats, the lake is so peaceful and serene.

Jill and I live in New Jersey, have 2 kids and have been married since 1989. We believe vacations are precious and want you to stay at a 'home' not just some vacation house.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We've owned this house since 2008 and we've tried to make it a home away from home. There is something about this house that just makes you kick back. I don't know if it's the style, the beachy-country feel or what...I'm not sure. It's just that way. Our other house(check out HomeAway #3499507) has a completely different feel to it.
