Good location

My daughter and I were in Reno for a volleyball tournament and Reno retreat was an excellent location. So much nicer than a standard hotel. We had our own rooms (which my girl loved) it was superbly equipped with everything you need and a little more besides.

Perfect for my husband and I. I would prefer a door conventional door for the bathroom.

Nice and quiet close to everything we needed very helpful after I lost my access to my email account!!!

Convenient and not too far from everything

I was up for the Sparks Rib Cook Off and the location was in a good location and close enough to the Nugget. The are is in a pretty quiet location and was able to get some good peace and relaxation. All other places like casinos, points of interest are no more than a 10 min drive away. Evan is also pretty responsive. Every time I sent a message, he would reply pretty quickly. When the coffee machine was broken, he drove over and personally brought one. Even though it was smaller than the one in the apartment, it was the fact that he went out of his way to make things right.

Great stay

I was very surprised at how great this place was. They took the bad reviews to heart and as far as I could tell they remedied them all, inside the unit. It’s an older place and the outside isn’t great. Once you get inside it fine. Even a new AC in the bedroom. We will stay here again the next time we visit Reno.

Great stay

The condo was perfect location, easy to get to. Ample parking for 2 cars. Clean. The beds were comfy, shower nice, tub for soaking sore golf muscles very nice! A variety of pillows to sleep on would be nice. I needed more firm, hate feather-flat pillows! No hot pads or dish towels in kitchen. That would be nice. So glad i brought a roll of paper towels. Overall I would definitely stay here again!

The inside was decorated nicely and it was quiet however the outside was very run down and there was dog pee smell and multipal stains at front door entrance. No extra toilet paper rolls(just the one with less than 1/4 left on the roll for 3 people for 3 days or paper towels for the kitchen so we had to go buy our own. Multipal holes in the walls all over, breaker panel in hallway was hanging off and taped with blue painters tape. The twin beds were hard as rocks to sleep on. Both windows in each bedroom were bent and falling off so we couldnt open them to let the air in without bugs flying in. The main bedroom curtains were complyely see through so no privacy at all. The air conditioner was a very small unit in the corner of the dining room/kitchen near the floor so airflow was very poor and it was very warm in the bedrooms so without being able to open the windows it got very warm. Comunication was horrible. I booked on Expedia but received an email stating to create an account with Virbo which I did with code provided. It stated I had no reservations. I spoke with Virbo and they stated I would get all response my Expedia booking however I never did, the host went through Virbo only. The only way I received messages was through reading them on an email to which I couldnt reply to the host at all. The pictures look nice but it was in pretty poor condition. Also there were multipal hairs on the sheet in one of the twin beds which was pretty gross.

Very affordable option to stay just outside Reno. That said, the place was a bit beat up and although not gross, it could be more thoroughly cleaned. Very worth the price and in a quiet area of town 15 minutes from downtown Reno.
