This recently renovated, modern home is located in Midtown, Reno, just minutes away from the beautiful Lake Tahoe area where you will find pristine beaches, over 5 ski resorts, and some of the best rock climbing, hiking, and mountain biking you will ever experience.

After a long day of exploring, come home and relax with your family/friends with everything you need to enjoy a night in with Netflix, Disney+, various other streaming services, and a full kitchen.

If cooking while on vacation doesn't sound like a good time, the property is conveniently located to the best breakfast, lunch, and dinner options Reno has to offer.

If gambling, breweries, bars, and nightlife is what you're after, look no further, as this home is only a short walk or Uber from everything you need.

Looking for something fun to do with the kids? Wild Island Water Park is only a 5 minute drive away while various options for shopping, fun in the arcades, and outdoor adventuring is all close by.

This is a duplex property with nearby amenities making for the perfect family getaway or friends trip. Both sides of the duplex are available for booking, which allows for large groups to have a little more privacy during their stay, or book out just this one side if you are traveling with a smaller group. Newly remodeled and clean

Exactly what was advertised. Newly remodeled and clean. Much nicer for a family than staying in a hotel. Location is close to Virginia Street and the casinos. While the two parking spots at the property were always taken, there was always nearby street parking.

One of the sheets had blood stains on them upon our arrival. Limited lighting and nightstand space. Terrible shower, always had a hard time turning on and off the water. Fluctuating hot and cold. Cannot even take a normal shower. That was the most frustrating part. Floor is dusty. No detergent available even though it showed that there were washing machines. Even asked our host and was told there were no detergent available. Pots and pans all scratched up. Host was not very flexible with later check out.

Duplex with Interrupted Sleep

We heard footsteps and crystal clear conversations through the bedroom and living room walls. Living room neighbor sounds were not a bother to us but the bedroom sound were highly disappointing. We planned to sleep in due to my son's basketball schedule and this was impossible. I reached out to the host about this, as well as dirty plates at top of stack, light bulb in bathroom out, and living room clock 10 minutes behind. He said he would "pass the message to the person in charge" and that "we'd get back to (me) tomorrow" and never did. There was a used sponge that stunk in the sink. Housekeeper banged on the door when the living room clock showed 10 min before check out. We were enjoying the cool living room until we had to check out. Bottom line, sleep is important and it was not good.

Perfect for our family size

The host was always receptive to all messages at any given moment. Nice little place for our family to unwind and take part in our family’s wedding that weekend. Location was perfect for where everything was at in Reno.

It is 10 minutes from just about every thing

Came in to town with my husband and mother in law for his daughters wedding. The pictures on the add do not do this place justice. It’s a simple 2 bedrooms duplex. Not overly done there is just enough to keep you comfortable while you are there and lots of parking. From the couple of negative reviews that I saw on here I felt the place was great. We had a small hick up with the lock box code but that was quickly removed. Also with all the running around we had to do for the wedding prep and family gatherings we were literally 10 minutes away from everything we needed to. Totally recommending this location to others and will be booking again when we make our next trip

Over all our stay we good. The house was clean and decor was nice and not too over done. Could use two end tables in bedroom and better light but for pice was worth it.

White Coat Ceremony UNR

My husband and I and our adult daughter stayed here for our son's University of Nevada Reno White Coat Ceremony, his induction into Medical School. This VRBO was so clean and quiet. We were able to walk to some great places to get coffee in the morning and we ate at some great restaurants. I would highly recommend this VRBO to stay and we will be staying here again when we visit our son and his fiancee while he finishes his education. Thank you for a great stay in Reno!!

A fact based review of this Reno VRBO

I am limited to 1500 characters so this will be fact based only. My wife and I have received 5 star ratings domestically and abroad. This unit was obviously flipped minimally but has not been kept up with cleaning. Kitchen was barebones dishes and glasses and the cupboards were very dusty on the shelves. The refrigerator was simply dirty. Debris under glass shelves and a black mildew near the handle. The bathroom will greet you with a taped note identifying that if you dirty the towels with makeup you will be charged $30. Not very welcoming. Back patio had no furniture for seating and contained an abandoned tire, tools and weeds. No furniture on the upper balcony either. The area that this place is in is slightly sketchy but an area in a few years that will be changed from flips going on all over. Biggest issue we had is the place is NOISY. A family stayed in the place next door and we honestly thought someone had entered our unit. They arrived very late and made arrival noise for several hours until very early in the morning. The next morning it was just as loud and we had had it. We left and went to a nearby luxury hotel that was actually less expensive than the daily rate at this unit. We have seen the trends in VRBO since the pandemic. High fees and charges that make hotels actually a better deal. The unit may be okay to rent but be prepared if you are hoping for quiet and pristine clean. I hope this review is published.

Great central location

The location of this property was awesome. Walking distance to delicious food and shops; less than 10 min driving distance to downtown. Unit was clean, could use a dresser in the second bedroom, and shower could use some instructions. Overall, great stay.

Two beds was great for me and my adult sons. Full kitchen. The area is quiet. It fit my needs. I would stay there again.

Clean, quiet neighborhood close to everything

The entire unit is very clean with all functioning appliances. The fenced yard and small back area is a plus for the dog to run around in the snow. This location is very convenient and close to everything. The owner (Manuel) was very nice to shovel the walk ways and side walk, he was very pleasant to talk to. The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. I hope to come back to Reno soon and rent out this place. Thank you!!!

Great placed centrally located for all the spots that we ventured out to.

Easy to rent, great communication with property manager. Being that I am sensitive to certain cleaners, it’s smelled too strong for me when we got there, but wore off as we stayed. Would definitely book again, but would reconsider for the cleaner smell aspect.

Convenient Reno Stay

Very clean, comfortable stay in the heart of Reno. My husband was able to walk to coffee one block while away the kids slept in. Kitchen was well appointed.

What was needed

The property is exactly what we needed for a softball weekend. An additional bathroom would have been helpful for the amount of people that the property accommodates.
