- This home does have an unmonitored water feature; as an extra safety precaution, this home is not recommended for guests traveling with children under the age of 17.
- Early check-in and late check-out are possible, subject to availability and with an associated fee.
-Additional fees may be incurred if personal items are left behind.
-For safety reasons, lighting candles are not allowed inside the property. We kindly ask to please refrain from using any candles indoors to ensure the safety of all guests and the property.
HVAC Rules:
AC: If you would like it cooler in your rental, please allow a few hours for the air conditioner to stabilize by gradually lowering the temperature by 2 degrees each hour, placing the fan on AUTO, and keeping doors/windows closed. This helps prevent the AC from malfunctioning due to the intense Texas heat. Ensure the temperature is not set below 68 degrees when cooling.
HEATING: Please do not heat the house above 76 degrees as this will cause strain on the heating system. Please keep doors and windows closed as often as possible. If the temperature falls below 32 degrees outside, please allow all indoor faucets to drip and keep all cabinet doors open.
