We loved this condo and will definitely be back! Our group of 5 had plenty of room in this spacious unit. We all thought the beds were really comfortable. It was very clean and we loved the huge windows on two sides of the living room...nice and light. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was much appreciated. Bonus: We went Christmas shopping at Silver Sands Premium Outlets and were pleasantly surprised when the property management company texted us discount codes for almost all of the outlet stores!

Terrible stay

The would not let us put ower boat in a parking spot we got stuck in the elevator the tv in the bed room had no signal we did not get a packet with everything in it parking passes we did not get and they told us they were going to tow owere cars if we did not have them we didnt find out about the chairs on the beach with the umbrella till the last day they spread for bugs when we told the we had babys with us and to do it on Sunday when we would be living we will not be returning again

We am very sorry you were inconvenienced so much during your stay. We are also sorry you didn't know about the beach chairs; the information is in the listing. We will do better in the future with letting guests know about this amenity. In regards to pest control we did compensate you for that. We are at the mercy of the Home Owner's Association. We are extremely sorry we didn't stop them from coming.

Beautiful but needs maintenance

The property is beautiful but definitely needs minor maintenance. Walked in to carpet being wet due to air conditioning leaking. The kitchen faucet and master bathroom facet were loose. Did not find one knife that was sharp to cut veggies. Again minor issues except the leak. We had a great time and view was beautiful.

Great Location

The condo is in a great location! We loved the private beach and having two chairs and umbrella as part of the package. We also loved the pool! Although we did not use it, we saw several families enjoying the outside grill. Some negatives were: the loud neighbors next door ( I know this is not the fault of the condo owner, just wish there was security to call at 1:00 am when they are playing music so loud next door.) the master bedroom mattress needs to be replaced (it's saggy on side and hard), there is a stain in the back shower that is sticky and unidentifiable, and the pillow shams and covers need to be washed more often. The glass sliding door came off the track, but maintenance came quickly to fix it, and the guys were really nice. The kids enjoyed the stay, and that's what really matters.

We are sorry to hear that you were disturbed by other guests. Quiet hours start at 10 pm and we advise guests not to engage with loud or unruly neighbors but to call the sheriff’s department and report it. We will pass along your suggestions about the mattress and bedding to the owners who are always looking for opportunities to improve their rental. The stain in the bathroom was plumbers putty left there after a minor repair and has since been removed. Again, we appreciate you taking time to share your experience with us and we look forward to welcoming you back to the beach soon.

Condo is in need of repair. Issues with air conditioning and doors. Toilet made noises. Welcome packet was not in unit at check in so no parking passes, resort bands, or beach chair voucher until day after check-in. Complaints were addressed but condo still needs updates.

Beautiful Views

Great stay! Our favorite part was the view - knocks your socks off when you walk in the door! Management was super responsive when we had a safety issue with an elderly guest in our party. Lots of space in the kitchen. Keep in mind they do not stock the units with soaps, paper products, etc., only enough to get you by the first day or so. Unfortunately, there is a massive reno going on at the complex right next to this one... that meant 7 am wake ups to what sounded like jackhammers each morning. No fault of this unit or management. We'd stay here again, except we fell in love with Destin and bought our own condo to visit!

Vacation Perfection

The process from booking to checking in and checking out was easy! The condo was exactly as pictured and was perfect for our two families for the week. The amenities gave everybody in our group something to do. The kids and adults loves the pool and being on the beach made our beach days easy. The property management company gave ample notice when water repairs needed to be made and there wasn’t really any inconvenience. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Destin.

Great Vacation

The accommodations were excellent. This accommodated everyone from ages 2 - 60. It was clean, quiet, and in the perfect location. Awesome views from the living room and master bedroom. The pool staff was excellent. They put in hard work everyday cleaning the pool. Kudos to Justin!

Overall this rental was perfect for our family of 10. I would recommend bringing extra showering towels and wash cloths. The lighting in the double bed room is not so great. Also, the beds make a lot of noise if you move an inch. Other than that, the view is amazing and the place is great!

Beautiful Condo, Great Location

This 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo was perfect for our family! The property was beautiful, right on the beach, beautiful pool and hot tub and close to all the restaurants and activities.

Spring 2020

Unit was fine however the dryer did not work and was not replaced until late Thursday night before leaving on Saturday. Garbage disposal was not working properly upon arrival causing water from dishwasher to back up in the sink . Air conditioner in master bedroom did not cool as it should . Property managers were extremely concerned and did help as well as they could . I was given a credit which I did appreciate. I have stayed at Jade East before & seems to me that the units are becoming a little dated and need attention.I also had the opportunity to visit with other renters during this week that also had problems in their units! Walk way to swimming pool was being repaired during our stay and was very inconvenient to get there along with a security guard checking everyone for a bracelet. I was confronted by the home association president which also left a very bad taste about wanting to come back .... all businesss !! The shining star for the trip were the beach attendants .... Brian and his crew are outstanding !! You asked .. I shared!

July 2019 Stay

We had an incredible time. Wish we could’ve enjoyed our balcony more. We had some neighbors that smoked from sun up to sun down. Felt like we were in a bar every time we opened the balcony door. My daughter has asthma, so this was putting a damper on our vacation. Complained to the staff but they stated there was nothing they could do about it.
