Extended Stays (30+ Days)
âą Lease Agreement Requirement: A formal lease agreement may be required for stays of 30 days or longer. If required, the guest must sign the lease agreement within the timeframe specified by the Service Provider. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the reservation at the Service Provider's discretion.
âą Security Deposit Requirement: The Service Provider will confirm the required deposit amount with the Property Owner. If the Property Owner does not specify a different deposit amount, a refundable security deposit equal to 50% of the monthly rent per month of stay, capped at 1.5 times the monthly rent, will apply. If the stay extends beyond three months, the security deposit remains capped unless damages are reported by staff during property maintenance, cleaning, or inspections, in which case additional deposits may be required.
