Fabulous place to stay

Pictures don’t justify the beauty of this place. We enjoyed the pool the beautiful family room. I absolutely loved cooking meals in the kitchen. The master bedroom was to die for. I couldn’t be even more pleased. The location was close to grocery stores, shopping and loved I was able to put my car in the garage! I can’t wait to visit again!!

Great place! Clean and accommodating. Not far from our venue that we were at all week and the kids got to have fun in the pool everyday. Will definitely see if it is available when we come down this way again.

Lovely and convenient

The check in process was very smooth, and the host was super responsive and helpful. The kids loved the pool, and the location was convenient to restaurants, the zoo, and other museums. Highly recommend!

Best decision

Normally my family will travel from Baytown to hou for small breaks and stay in a hotel but I’m so happy I found this rental. My kids have had a blast, and my ocd on cleanliness has been met! Def will stay here again!

Great Stay

Absolutely loved the home. Heated pool. My family had a great time swimming in November right before Thanksgiving. Only wish is that the kitchen was more equipped to cook for family. Would definitely stay again.

Great place

House was clean and a great place for our family to stay while on vacation. Close to downtown and very easy to get to events at the Toyota Center. Host was easy to communicate with and very helpful throughout our stay.

Nice place for a weekend.

Just the refrigerator was not clean and no enough ice on the ice machine. Some of the kitchen tool where dirty.

Wonderful midtown rental!

Property was close to everything. The star for us was the saltwater pool. Houston was is so incredibly hot in the summertime and this was a refreshing treat. We did happen to be in Houston for hurricane Beryl. Being able to use the garage and have a comfortable setting made the experience tolerable. The property owner is caring and compassionate. He checked in on us several times during our stay to make sure we were alright. He was amazing! Highly recommend.

Great outdoor area

Loved the pool area . There are a lot of stairs so not good for anyone that has difficulties getting upstairs, but that was not an issue for us. Great location. To the convention center but the area is a little “sketchy”. Ok for driving to Destin stop s which only takes 5-10 min to get to entertainment and safe area but I would not suggest walking around. We however felt very safe at the property !

Excellent Property

This property met all of our need perfectly. We were in town for a volleyball tournament and had extended family with us. The multi levels gave everyone enough room!

Great home for a family holiday gathering

This house was perfect for meeting up with our adult children for the Thanksgiving weekend. Nice big kitchen made it easy to cook our holiday meal. The home is clean and in a nice neighborhood. The host was great and got back to us quickly when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the house.

Wanted to like this place but it failed to meet expectations

Negatives: The cleanliness of the place was not up to par. The fridge and freezer were dirty and had leftover food from previous guests. The sofa had stains, the toilet seat in the bunk room bedroom was loose and unstable, the bathroom shelf was not secure, and the sink fixture in the kitchen was wobbly, no light in the garage, and you can hear everything at night when trying to fall asleep. Additionally, there were apparent blood stains on the bedsheets on the first-floor bed. That was upsetting. Positives: On the bright side, Jeff was prompt in addressing some of my concerns. He refunded the cleaning fee and even treated me and my guests to a dinner of our choice through DoorDash, which was a very kind gesture. The location is close to a lot of things and the place is suitable for sleeping, but with some attention and care, this place has the potential to be a great accommodation option. Verdict: Although we had high hopes, my guests and I were ultimately disappointed with this place as it did not live up to our expectations. We even expressed that we would have preferred staying at a hotel instead. However, it's worth noting that different people may have different preferences and may find this place to be a suitable spot for them.

Beautiful home but furniture needs cleaning

Beautiful home in a good location for restaurants but lots of homeless in the neighborhood lingering and furniture outside and inside need cleaning including rugs. Stains everywhere.

Location! Location! Location!

This property was great for a trip with friends. There was plenty of room for everyone and the pool was perfect for cooling down in the heat. There is a bit of wear on some of the furniture, but everything is functional. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to prepare and eat meals. The real star is the location. Every restaurant or place we wanted to go to was within minutes of the house. This place was a great value and I would definitely book again!

Spectacular Home!

The home was just as advertised and very clean. The pool was a plus and perfect for the hot Houston temperatures. The owners were great and very accommodating. We will stay there again next time we are in Houston! It is a great place.
