The easy access to the property is the main house, you can park all along the front of the property.

It is a main house with 2 small back units for other guests independently, the only thing shared is the laundry room in the back.

Previous stays were fine however past stay a nightmare

The property itself is fine and is in the location the group needed. We had stayed here twice already and had no problems. On this last stay were unable to enter the vrbo and had to get a hotel for our stay and the host will not refund us back. We will never be using vrbo again or contacting this host either.

Shared wall with a vent at floor level

Vent that lets noise and fumes through shared wall with back unit. Vaping? Smoking? Whatever streams through. Had to cover it with a pillow held up by a chair. The other guests came in at midnight. No address marking on the front of the property. They shined their high beams on the front of the house which includes the main bedrooms window. Noise comes right through the wall. Nice place but listing is misleading. If you are fine with a shared wall that lets sound through with a vent that lets other stuff through as well then no problem. If not check with hostess to see whether that has improved or not.

Did not meet expectations

I really wish I could say better things about this location, but unfortunately that’s not the case. The toilet leaked and didn’t flush properly, this was communicated the first day we were at the property, and the water had a metallic smell, which left you feeling unclean. The one plug outlet in the living room didn’t work… There were no items such as hand towels or area rugs in the entire home, and there was still egg shells in the sink and leaves from outside?! There was also an overwhelming smell from a plug in which begs the question, what are you trying to cover up? The listing also did not state that it was part of another unit and the other tenants were very loud. The countertops were dirty, and had rice and other bits of food on the countertops leftover from the previous renter. There was no direction provided from the property managed for how to check in and out of the property. The listing stated there was a washer and dryer on premises, but we didn’t find it. The beds still had plastic on the mattresses, which is just odd. I get that you want to protect the mattresses but they have covers for that. Even though the listing was fairly inexpensive, there was much left to be desired, which is very unfortunate. Plus the fact that you pay a fee for cleaning and nothing seemed to be “cleaned” is just gross.
