We appreciate your feedback. At the same time, we apologize for your arrival experience. Our goal is always to deliver a 5* experience!! We’ve identified that our linen provider had a situation that left a rust imprint on sheets. I’m happy to share that this was quickly remedied. The areas of concern and bedding were quickly addressed after your call. To update, the couch was professionally cleaned after your departure. Given the local area, palmetto bugs are a local resident, too. The good news is that the pest control works! The pest took a fall between the time the team left and you arrived- the same day. All of our units are non-smoking. We agree, the smell is offensive. The unit did not have a smell of smoke when we inspected the unit or we would have addressed. When neighboring units smoke inside – or outside- the smell unfortunately can travel. It appears that a breaker was flipped for the outlets. Once we were notified, we had a representative to the unit and all was fixed within an hour. We apologize for any inconvenience including the non-respectful action by other guests staying at the condo. With the remedies to the challenges experienced, we hope that you truly enjoyed the remainder of your stay and made many great memories!!
